Quán Cô Hồng - Đặc Sản Đà Nẵng

I visited after seeing it on YouTube. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. As for the food, I tried thịt heo for the first time and it was edible (there's water behind the rice paper roll; you need to dip it and wrap). As for mì Quảng, it was more delicious eating it sitting on the sidewalk in Hoi An.

The local Vietnamese atmosphere is well alive. They strongly recommended the fish, so I ordered it right away, and it was so delicious lol. The taste is definitely different from Korea, but it feels familiar somehow. You wrap it in rice paper and dip it in something like fish sauce, and it's spicy, so it really masks the fishy smell! It was a shop I happened to stop by while going to eat barbecue, and I really enjoyed the meal. You can enjoy a variety of Vietnamese foods. There are many dishes that are more suited to locals. But is it only when we went? There are many staff... but due to the flow or the chef... the additional orders didn't come out for a long time... Vietnamese acquaintances said that. Even at the end, when we said we'd cancel, one came out. That was cháo chờ (đợi). In 10 years of living, I've heard it for the first time. Da Nang City (Son Tra District) is a seaside village. So in the past, most people were fishermen. In that village, when husbands (men) went to the sea, their wives would wait anxiously until they returned. If the weather was bad, they would be even more worried... At that time, the dish they started eating by hastily throwing in whatever was available was cháo chờ. Cháo means porridge, chờ means to wait, and the locals called this dish that, and its origin continues to this day. The twist here is!!! The dish that made us wait for a long time!! I felt the meaning more than the taste. Secondly, it wasn't porridge. Noodles called bán can came out, so I was surprised!! But why is the name porridge..^^;; Anyway, the taste is okay, but it seems more fun to eat knowing the meaning.

I went there on the recommendation of a local friend, but the food was late, they showed me a bill with 10 items ordered by someone else, and the taste was just so-so. No air conditioning.

Mình đến quán vào một buổi tối mưa nhẹ, không gian bên ngoài nhìn khá ấm cúng với phong cách trang trí kiểu nhà cổ, gợi nhớ đến những quán ăn quê xưa. Bảng hiệu quán đơn giản nhưng dễ nhận biết. Vừa bước vào, cảm giác đầu tiên là sự thoải mái. Không gian rộng rãi, thoáng đãng với những bộ bàn ghế gỗ mộc mạc. Tường được trang trí với các họa tiết dân dã, ánh đèn vàng ấm áp, tạo cảm giác gần gũi. Nhân viên nhanh chóng ra đón khách, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn chọn bàn. 2. Không gian quán Quán có thiết kế theo phong cách hoài cổ, với mái ngói, đèn lồng, các vật dụng trang trí bằng tre, nứa. Bàn ghế bằng gỗ, sắp xếp hợp lý tạo cảm giác riêng tư nhưng không quá xa cách giữa các bàn. Nếu đi gia đình, có thể chọn bàn dài để tụ tập đông người. Còn nếu đi nhóm nhỏ hoặc cặp đôi, có những bàn riêng tư hơn. Đặc biệt, quán có nhiều cây xanh, làm dịu không khí. Có một góc nhỏ trưng bày những món đồ xưa cũ như radio, quạt máy cũ, tạo cảm giác như đang ăn cơm ở một vùng quê thời xưa. Quán không quá ồn ào, dù khá đông khách nhưng vẫn giữ được không gian thư thái. 3. Thực đơn và món ăn Menu đa dạng, giá cả hợp lý Thực đơn của quán chủ yếu là các món ăn miền Trung, đặc biệt là đặc sản Đà Nẵng. Có đầy đủ các món như: Bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo Mì Quảng Bún mắm nêm Gỏi mít Hải sản hấp Chả bò, nem lụi Giá cả dao động từ 50.000 - 150.000 VNĐ/món, khá hợp lý so với mặt bằng chung. Chất lượng món ăn Mình gọi một phần bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo, bún mắm nêm và một ít nem lụi. Bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo: Đây là món nổi bật của quán. Thịt heo cắt lát mỏng, có cả nạc và mỡ vừa phải, ăn không bị khô. Rau sống đa dạng, tươi xanh, có rau thơm, dưa leo, chuối chát, xà lách,… Bánh tráng dẻo dai, không quá cứng. Nước chấm mắm nêm rất đậm đà, mặn ngọt vừa phải, có thêm tỏi ớt băm nhuyễn làm tăng hương vị. Bún mắm nêm: Phần bún đầy đặn, thịt heo mềm, chả bò ngon. Mắm nêm đậm vị, không quá mặn, khi trộn đều lên ăn rất vừa miệng. Mình thấy phần bún này khá ngon, hợp với ai thích món đậm đà. Nem lụi: Nem nướng thơm lừng, không bị khô, ăn cùng với rau sống và bánh tráng rất ngon. Nước chấm đi kèm cũng ngon, không quá ngọt hay quá béo. Hải sản ở đây cũng được nhiều người khen, nhưng do nhóm mình không gọi nên chưa có trải nghiệm trực tiếp. 4. Phục vụ Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện, nhanh nhẹn và nhiệt tình. Từ lúc vào quán đến lúc gọi món và lên đồ ăn, tất cả chỉ mất khoảng 10 phút, khá nhanh so với quán đông khách. Trong suốt bữa ăn, nhân viên cũng thường xuyên hỏi han, dọn dẹp bàn gọn gàng và hỗ trợ khi cần. Điểm cộng nữa là nhân viên luôn tươi cười, tạo cảm giác thoải mái khi ăn uống. Đôi khi có thể hơi chậm vào giờ cao điểm, nhưng không đáng kể. 5. The eatery is quite crowded during Tet, so sometimes there can be mistakes when calculating the bill, but the food is impeccable. If you want to fully enjoy the delicious dishes of Da Nang, Quan Co Hong is a very worthwhile place to try!

The restaurant has delicious steamed fish rolls. As for the fish salad, I'm not used to eating it because it has many bones. The worst dish is the herbal water, which is too strong and too sweet to drink.

Food: - Beautiful but mediocre - The bun was too salty, it killed my taste buds. - Steamed squid and porridge were okay, but nothing special - The noodles were the best. - Soy milk was bland, 2 glasses of lemonade: one super sour and one bitter. Herbal tea was the best. Service: - The staff didn't take notes when ordering, they just remembered everything in their heads. I don't know if that's confidence or unprofessionalism. The shop sells many specialties of Da Nang, the space is airy and very clean, no unpleasant smell despite having many fish or fermented fish sauce dishes, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, prices are reasonable, decor is okay, the dipping sauce from the Central region is a bit spicy and salty for me but may suit you, serving is a bit slow, vegetables are fresh but arranged quite messily and a bit scarce, fish and pork are fresh, but the preparation is average rather than excellent, parking space for cars is small, for me 4.5 stars

Mì Quảng is the dish I found the most delicious among the dishes my family ordered today, the broth is just right. The steamed mackerel scad is also tasty, but the fish has many bones, so young children and foreigners won't be able to eat it. The herring dish, in my personal opinion, is not good. The vegetables are plentiful, enough to satisfy your cravings. The drinks and dishes don't have many options. As for the drinks, I didn't find any that stood out. Service is okay, dishes are served quite quickly. Overall assessment, the eatery is suitable for locals, and for tourists to try. For foreigners (Europeans) - based on my family's actual experience, I think there are many points that are not suitable: 1, the chicken meat in Mì Quảng has bones, making it quite difficult for them to eat :) 2, almost all dipping sauces are SPICY, so they can't eat them. Clean and private space, warm lighting interior. The rice paper with pork has a bit too little lean meat, too much fat. Sliced quite thinly and one portion lacks the rice noodle sheet.

The food is okay. The bowls and chopsticks are all moldy. The dishes are served slowly. When asked, the staff only then informed that they no longer make that dish.

Specialty food here! To order more dishes, you have to order by phone or have the staff bring them out. The staff takes a long time to bring them out, and there are few servers. It's modern, so it's a bit inconvenient for ordering additional dishes.
