This place is incredible. The food was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was wonderful—I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it twice! The salad was especially fresh and flavorful, with mint leaves that gave it a refreshing touch. Everything was beautifully presented, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back! This restaurant was recommended by a Vietnamese friend, and I am very glad I came! The woman who runs it has the biggest heart and is a shining example of a good person! The food is delicious. The broth is very tasty. I have tried a couple different dishes, and they have all been good. My favorite is the pork leg soup, which has a hearty portion of meat (when I first arrived to town I was struggling to find sufficient protein). There are various other meats included such as meatballs and sausage slices and blood cake. She gives a nice big bowl of herbs and veggies, which is perfect! She is so very thoughtful. I have some health difficulties and I was told to have lots of broth and herbs. When I came here, she must have noticed I was eating more of that, so in her generosity she brought me extra bowls of broth and extra herbs. Wow, I was deeply touched. She also brought me a cup of tea on ice, it is tasty and a refreshing treat! I was brand new in town and I knew nothing about this, and since then I have seen other people help themselves to the tea. But I had no idea, so she went out of her way and brought it for me. She didn't have to do that, help out some idiot like me, but she did, and it made my day brighter. This restaurant doesn’t just nourish your body with healthy food, this restaurant will nourish your soul with profound human kindness. If you get a chance to eat here, you will be lucky indeed.

I chose based on Google reviews because it's near my hotel. Seeing many people praise it, I decided to try it out. It was a really bad experience. I stopped by to buy 2 portions of special Mì Quảng to take away. After eating at the hotel, my husband and I took a nap for about an hour, then I woke up feeling dizzy, sweating, and tired. I had diarrhea and vomited. Symptoms of food poisoning. As a result, I had to buy food poisoning medicine to take so I could continue my business trip. My husband's stomach is very sensitive to food. Unsafe food shows symptoms immediately. As for me, I felt extremely heavy and bloated in the stomach. In the hot season, the shop should preserve food carefully. Especially the noodle dough, which is prone to spoilage. Everyone, please choose your dishes carefully. As for the food, I found it mediocre, not very tasty. P/S: The owner replied that there were many customers when I came. But I must say, when I arrived, there was only one Westerner eating and a construction worker buying a glass of kumquat tea. If the shop has cameras, please check the footage around 8:50 AM on June 3rd. I was wearing a white jacket. I had breakfast here, but the shop said I got poisoned from eating elsewhere. Does the shop have reading comprehension issues?
The best Quang noodles in Da Nang
I ate once in Saigon, it was very bad. Came here to try it, found it delicious as hell, lots of meat.

Menu with many choices: Quang noodles, hu tieu, beef noodle soup, banh mi... Found the eatery on Google, near the hotel but quite okay, the Quang noodles are edible, also many customers come to eat.

The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, the fresh sugarcane juice is great, and the owners are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely worth a visit.
