During my visit to Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu, I enjoyed getting to know authentic dishes of Central Vietnamese cuisine. Mỳ Quảng was presented very appetizingly: a generous portion of thick rice noodles, adorned with various ingredients including shrimp, quail eggs, and crispy sesame crackers, served with fresh herbs and lettuce leaves. The crispy sesame crackers created a pleasant contrast with the soft, chewy texture of the noodles. The broth was rich and aromatic, perfectly complementing the fresh herbs. The shrimp were tender, and the overall spiciness achieved an ideal balance, neither too salty nor overpowering. The crispy and fresh vegetables added a refreshing taste to the hearty noodles. The restaurant's atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with warm wooden decor and woven lamps creating a homey and relaxing ambiance. The attentive and friendly staff made the dinner even more enjoyable. If you want to enjoy traditional Vietnamese dishes in a cozy and clean setting, Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu is definitely worth a visit. Here you can experience the true regional traditions of Da Nang and enjoy excellent service.

The restaurant is recommended by Michelin, each bowl is about 50,000 VND, everyone. Mì Quảng is not a dish I particularly love, so I don't know how to comment, everyone. The plus point is that the restaurant's dish is processed with bones removed, so it's easy to eat. In Saigon, some restaurants keep the bones, which is a bit... lazy, you know. The broth has a decent flavor, sweet and clear without being harsh. This dish, in my opinion, has quite little seasoning, light to eat.

The food is delicious, not too bland nor too salty or sweet, and the price is reasonable for a fairly famous place like this. The Mì Quảng is tasty, but for me (because I eat a lot😂) it's a bit small in portion, but for an average person it's enough. The staff is friendly. Overall, the restaurant is good and okay.

The Mì Quảng here doesn't suit my taste. I've eaten many different kinds of Mì Quảng, but this place is not good compared to my preference; perhaps everyone has different tastes. The drink prices here are reasonable, however the price of Mì Quảng here is a bit high, probably because the location on Trần Hưng Đạo Street is expensive. The plate of raw vegetables served here is very poor; it only has salad and a little thinly sliced banana stem. This is the worst plate of accompanying vegetables I've ever seen. The accompanying condiments are also not sufficient and diverse. I don't have any recommendations!

I've eaten at many eateries in Da Nang, but this one suits my taste the most. The noodles are moderately chewy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the filling is well-infused. The chicken, fish, or shrimp, meat, and egg fillings are all very delicious. 5 stars for Co Sau's eatery.

I'm from Nghe An: The restaurant faces the Han River, near the Love Bridge, very airy and cool. The food and drinks are delicious, clean and hygienic; the fermented anchovy sauce (mam nem) is homemade by the owner and very fragrant and tasty (can be ordered as a gift); the Quang noodles (mi Quang) are very delicious, my child really likes them. The prices are reasonable and listed on the menu. The service is gentle and attentive.

The Quang noodle restaurant, which has a Michelin rating, has about 30 seats, so customers often have to wait. I went on the 4th day of Tet at around 7 AM, waited about 15 minutes for a table, and about 20 minutes for the noodles to be served. This area has many tourists, so the prices are higher compared to Da Nang locals but reasonable compared to tourists. The food is delicious, the noodles are soft, and the broth is rich. Although many customers wait for tables, the restaurant has tables with 4 chairs but still does not seat single customers together, as they are afraid of affecting the customer experience.

The Mỳ Quảng here is okay, not too special, the broth is quite plentiful. I find many eateries in the market better, but the space of this place is good. I waited for my friend for a while, and the staff were still friendly.

A fairly generous bowl, filling with lots of noodles. The flavor is moderate, and it tastes good when adding plenty of satay and chili. I don't eat it often, so I'm not sure what the standard flavor should be, but this is easy for me to eat. Comes with a complimentary cup of tea. The shop was quiet, so the food was served quite quickly.

The food is absolutely delicious. The noodles are thick but soft, not hard like the Quang noodles I've had in Saigon. The broth has a light, clear flavor. I don't know any Quang noodle shop in Saigon that sells such amazing-tasting noodles. If you drive a car, you can park comfortably on the opposite side of the street.

The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, convenient, worth a visit. The downside is that the apricot drink is too sweet.

Occasionally stop by Da Nang and eat Quang noodles. A bowl of noodles and a bowl of fish soup. Wonderful

Very tasty homemade noodles! The broth and the filling of the dish are simply wonderful. It's no wonder it has two Michelin recommendations! ⭐️⭐️ They give a lot of fresh herbs and sauces. The service is fast and the waiters speak good English. I recommend visiting!
