Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Món Ăn Đà Nẵng ("the Service", at monandanang.vn and related domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is an informational restaurant and food guide for Da Nang, Vietnam. It aggregates publicly available information, photos and reviews from third-party sources (including Google Maps and TripAdvisor) and lets registered users save favorites and submit reviews. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional, medical or dietary advice.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in via email (magic link or password) or a supported provider. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
4. User Content & Reviews
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it within the Service. You confirm your content is your own, truthful, reflects a genuine experience, and infringes no third-party rights. Reviews are moderated and may be edited or removed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post false, defamatory, harassing or unlawful content; impersonate others; submit spam or fake/paid reviews; scrape or bulk-download the Service; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Third-Party Content
Restaurant details, photos and some reviews come from third-party platforms and their owners, provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy. Trademarks and photos remain the property of their owners. Photos uploaded by a verified business owner are published by that owner; user-submitted photos are moderated.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service’s design, branding, original text and software are owned by the operator and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or index the content without a prior, explicit, indexed reference to the source.
8. Privacy (Summary)
We store the minimum data needed to run your account: email, display name, optional avatar and locale, your favorites and reviews. We do not sell your data and never post to your social accounts. Passwords, if set, are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes. You can delete your account at any time.
9. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time from your profile ("Settings → Danger zone"). Deletion is irreversible and removes your account, reviews and favorites.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
