2024 update: still excellent. What Ba Huong lacks in variety, it makes up in execution. It does sliced pork with fresh herbs wrapped in rice paper exceptionally well. The dipping sauce of fermented fish sauce with pineapple is pungent, and addictive. Very consistent. Inexpensive. Full lunch for 4 people (incl beers and drinks) was under $20 total.

Delicious pork steamed rice roll eatery in Da Nang
Searching Google, I found a restaurant specializing in Da Nang specialties. Ordered banh trang cuon thit heo (rice paper rolls with pork) for 95,000 VND, and the rice paper for dipping is charged separately at 7,000 VND. The portion is very large; for three people, ordering two portions is enough to be full. The meal includes a large plate of vegetables, boiled pork sliced thinly and long, some rectangular-shaped cake-like noodles, and a dipping sauce made from fish sauce that is very unique. Honestly, according to the taste of people from other regions, I don't like this dipping sauce. The space is spacious, the staff are enthusiastic. The parking area in front is convenient. The toilet is clean.

Small and cute eatery, fresh and delicious vegetables, dipping sauce is just right. I have visited a few times in previous years, 55k/pork/suitable for one person. Especially, the eatery has beef or shrimp porridge that tastes like home-cooked. Suitable for families.

One meal is 99k, two girls can eat until full. Vegetables are fresh, service attitude is good, they teach us how to eat, environment is nice with handwashing available. Wet wipes and crispy chips are served together but both are charged separately.

If you've already eaten the two-layer steamed rice rolls in QX, then you'll notice that the boiled pork is too dry, and I don't understand why there's no price list anywhere. (95/portion of rolled pork)
