Jollibee Đà Nẵng

We tried jollibee while in Vietnam, Order a chicken but no gravy. Gutted..instead gave us a tomato katsup.

Food was great, especially the chicken which was crispy and juicy but not too oily. Only complaint was that the store was very dirty, with trash and dirt all over the floor and tables cluttered.

The branch here is a bit small but still okay. The chicken here is juicy and flavorful, I love the spicy chicken sauce here the most huhu it's DELICIOUS but occasionally I still get a dry piece of chicken, so it's hit or miss. The pasta is tasty and rich in flavor, so I like it. As for me, the soft drinks are bad🥲 7up is terrible, so they should adjust it. The rest is okay, I still support it because I like the spicy chicken sauce here☺️🫶🏻

Delicious food, friendly and lovely staff

In the picture are 2 combos for 59k. Chicken and fries are okay, tasty, crispy, but the shrimp burger I find not tasty, it's cloying and greasy. The staff are lovely, the shop is clean.

I just stopped by to buy a portion of pasta + chicken. Last time I ordered delivery, there was no ketchup and only one packet of chili sauce. This time I came to buy it to take to work, but they didn't include chili sauce and ketchup for me. How am I supposed to eat chicken without any dipping sauce?! When handing me the takeaway bag, the staff didn't smile and didn't even bother to say thank you like usual—I was already annoyed. I asked if the straw was inside, and they said it was, but with an unfriendly attitude. It's 2 PM, not even busy, yet they treat customers like this?

Delicious, the food is decent

The dishes were served too slowly. The staff informed guests that the dishes would be ready in 20 minutes, but after 30 minutes, they still hadn't been served. The experience was very disappointing regarding the preparation of the dishes.

I ordered on 27/01/2026, when received, the chicken was very limp and not crispy as advertised, showing signs of old food left over from previous days.

At first, they didn't mention that the wings were out of stock. I had already ordered, and only when they brought it out did they say it wasn't available. If they had said so from the start, I wouldn't have eaten.

Diverse menu, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Cheerful atmosphere

The security guard does not help customers park their vehicles, and when customers park by themselves, they even get scolded by him.

Terrible, the sales consultant is rude. Asked to change the drink but still charged extra and removed the drink from the combo. Won't come back a second time.

The restaurant has a staff member named Nhi who is very cute 🥰

Delicious food served quickly at cheap prices

Almost finished eating and realized there's one mango peach cake missing! When bringing the food, they didn't give the bill to the customer so they could check again. Charged for the mango peach cake but now the mango peach cake is nowhere to be seen ☺

The food is delicious, but my partner is angry so I don't know what to write at all.

This Jollibee branch seems to have an excess of breast meat or something, as they give customers only chicken breasts? The staff is not flexible in distributing chicken to customers even though I specifically asked not to get breasts. One bill for 3 pieces of chicken, they gave 2 breast pieces and 1 wing piece, no thighs at all. Eating one breast piece is already boring, but here there are 2 breast pieces, both dry and boring. The service and staff at this branch are really terrible!!! Spending money to eat, in return getting not only bad food but also a feeling of frustration. Perhaps I will not return to this branch and will reconsider whether to continue eating at other Jollibee branches. Thanks~
