The night shift of June 20 needs to review how tasks are assigned to staff. The person in charge of handing out orders is nowhere to be seen, just wandering around while the order only has 3-4 items. Claiming to be fast food but not working fast, huh? Working while cleaning the house? Meanwhile, 5-6 drivers are sitting outside waiting. Suppose there is a shortage or an issue, you should inform the drivers, isn't their time important? Handing out orders messily, first come first served, missing items—if the driver checks and asks, they say 'who handed out this order?' Our operating process, if one thing goes wrong, no one can be held accountable.

Couldn't go, ordered via app. The driver waited 1 hour for the food. Unbelievable. Too terrible.

The service is terrible, waited nearly an hour and still no food, almost all customers left but still no dishes, asked 3-4 times and they said wait a bit, there's this order and that order. When I asked the last time to take it home, they said the bill was lost. They should have checked and informed me. The price is not suitable for the service and the food.

Ordered ice cream, waited a full 15 minutes, asked the staff and they said to wait more, then I got really annoyed while other customers who came after me already got theirs but I didn't, asked another staff and they said they forgot to get it, I still spoke politely and courteously because I know the place is busy, but the sour attitude was too much :)))

Very delicious, my family often eats here, the children really like it.

I often buy chicken here for my child to eat. Recently, the service at this store has been very poor; they don't allow customers to choose chicken parts because my child likes to eat the thigh part. The store served an extremely dry, very old (not hot) chicken breast. When I asked, the staff said: 'Today we cannot support choosing parts.' I accepted the purchase, but at least it should be hot and crispy. I asked for no ice in the drink, but they still put ice in like a machine.

Terrible service. Ordered chicken, the staff didn't provide forks and knives, had to go ask for them myself? In Vietnam, I thought it was India where you have to eat with your hands. The restaurant is so stingy with disposable spoons and forks that they hide them well, only giving them out when asked by the staff. Edit: They even skimp on napkins. Ordered nearly 200 worth of food and received only 2 napkins thinner than banana leaves.
