Very inattentive staff, the order was without ice, they made it with ice, then they fished the ice out of all the glasses with a spoon. I asked if the chicken was spicy, they said no, but it turned out to be spicy. (Maybe for locals it's not spicy.) Next, I ordered 3 ice creams, they rang up two. Had to reorder.
A separate tip for Russian tourists - if you want more soda, say "Pepsi" at the checkout; say "kolla" and you'll get something that sounds similar (in Vietnamese) - ice cream. 🙈 The ice cream is not bad, by the way, as it turned out. …

If it takes a long time because there are many customers ordering takeout, you must inform them in advance how long the wait will be. Why accept the order and then make the customer wait 40-50 minutes?
I've eaten here many times, but only now writing a review. The food is average, like many other places, and the serving time is quite fast. The staff are attentive and provide good support. The eatery is quite small and crowded, so it's quite noisy.
