Fast food but every time I come, I have to wait 15-20 minutes and remind the staff before the food comes out. The tray is dirty. Clearly not washed since the previous customer left it. The staff is slow. Unprofessional. There are many of them standing around but no effect. 5 times coming, 4 times like this. Lucky if it's a quiet day, then wait 10 minutes.

Poor service, the staff did not inform customers in advance that they would have to wait 45 minutes for the food (even though the restaurant was not crowded when I arrived). From my observation, the staff gathered in groups of 5 to 7 people working on one order for a long time without finishing, their operations were extremely slow and terrible. The restaurant needs to retrain its staff on how to work. The space is dirty, no one cleans up.

I took my younger sibling to eat. I ordered the 195k combo, and the staff served the food without reheating it. The fries were soggy, and the staff blamed me for ordering late, even though I had just arrived and the food had been served for less than 5 minutes. The chicken was not hot and was mushy.

Ordered packaged chicken, carelessly packed, and then delivered missing sauce. The shipper delivered but forgot change, so the customer had to give money back.

I ordered via the app for takeaway at 6:53 PM but didn't get it until 8 PM. The regular chicken without sauce was fried and had a slightly discolored look, probably due to old oil—fried chicken should be golden and crispy, but this one had a grayish tint :'( As for the sauced chicken and spicy chicken, the sauce was okay. I'm being fair in my review; although the location is a bit far, the chicken was still warm when it arrived, which I appreciate. The delivery was also free, which is quite good, but honestly, it didn't taste as good as previous times. Look at my portion, isn't it a bit messy? :'( There was also quite a bit of spilled drink.

Today was truly a terrible experience. My friend and I came to try Lotteria, but when we walked in, no staff greeted us or proactively started a conversation. After ordering, the food was brought out by ourselves. Whether intentional or not, the staff didn't heat the food and served us three cold pieces of chicken. When we went to get chili sauce, it was empty. My friend stood right next to the staff who noticed but ignored it and didn't refill. The restaurant was noisy. One chicken item was missing from our order; we only found out after finishing the meal when we reminded them, and they said it was a bill omission. Perhaps seeing my friend's dissatisfaction, they later brought out hot chicken. Truly disappointed with this first experience.

The shop's main customers are students, the environment is quite noisy and chaotic, so the staff being grumpy is okay, but this one staff member really has an attitude :)) they were openly rude even though I was a new customer. I noticed that the new staff are very calm and gentle, while one older staff member I noticed has an extremely bad attitude :)) I don't understand why they show that attitude to customers; ordering food makes me want to leave and go home.

Order 1 rice, 1 pasta but the takeaway only has 1 fork, very difficult for 2 people to eat!

Terrible. The food is greasy and bad. The service staff has a bad attitude toward customers, talks loudly, and the staff's attire and demeanor are sloppy — that's everything I received while using the service at this fried chicken place!

Waited 20 minutes, the staff said the shop forgot to fry the chicken. Irresponsible work, flippant attitude.

Lotteria is always the best, staff are cheerful and enthusiastic, food comes out quickly, absolutely great. I willingly eat here forever.
