Friendly, enthusiastic staff, delicious food, fast and friendly.

Bad attitude, takeaway but no sauce, asked and requested the staff to get thighs but still deliberately got it wrong. Order wrong repeatedly.

The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic, and the food is extremely delicious.

The restaurant is too noisy when organizing birthday parties for children but does not put them in a private room. Popping balloons is dangerous, but the staff does not remind customers. Unprofessional for a large establishment.

Haven't even eaten yet. Just seeing the staff's attitude is enough to lose appetite. Customers ask but they don't answer. Have to ask 2-3 times before they reply. Their faces show reluctance to serve. Attitude towards customers. Request management to review the staff's service. TOO BAD

I see the two security guards working happily and enthusiastically, chatting with customers in a way that feels close and friendly. I think they should be given something as a reward for the Tet holiday.

The problem here is not the food but the way of queuing when ordering. The queue is messy with 3 lines. I was standing in the main line to order ice cream, but they made me re-queue on the side where I couldn't order.

The restaurant has a menu item for separate chicken thighs, but 10 times out of 10 they say there are no separate thighs (only wings) — do they not want to sell them? And I had to wait 30 minutes just to get wings to take home. - I bought a large portion and got exactly 1 packet of chili sauce ??? what kind of business is this 😀 More and more disappointing...😌 especially the female staff have a very bad attitude, is there no management or what!

The staff is adorable. I called back to make a note, and the staff followed it exactly.

The manager and the security guard are very lovely. But the service staff here have a very bad attitude towards customers. I suggest the system review the service staff.
