Hue cakes made by people of Hue origin, so the flavor is authentic. In Da Nang, it's very hard to find such an authentic flavor. There are also desserts like crème caramel and homemade yogurt, which are very delicious.
The menu at the eatery is diverse with various types of Hue cakes, enough to order a bit of each and fully enjoy the flavors of Central Vietnam. Personally, I was particularly impressed with Nam Pho noodle soup – the broth is thick and rich, very addictive; the ram ít cake is also a big plus: the crispy fried ram layer combined with soft, chewy ít cake, with a well-balanced filling. If you have the chance, you should stop by and try it.
A casual eatery serving Hue-style cakes. Among them, the ram is less crispy but very delicious, worth trying. The shrimp cakes, clear dumplings, and steamed rice cakes are also decent.
