a nice local noodle stall that has my fav dish. came for the intestines but unfortunately they were out. def would come back (at an earlier time) for it! owner is very nice tho it was busy when we came.

This eatery is delicious, I've been eating here for nearly ten years. The fish sauce is just right, the innards are soft and fatty. Coming here to eat when it's a bit chilly is absolutely amazing.

The price is 25k, very reasonable, and I will definitely come back to eat again.

The eatery is in an alley, easy to find, 25k/bowl is quite reasonable - Toppings are diverse: meat, spring rolls, pork skin, young jackfruit... quite new to me on first try. The broth is pure shrimp paste, so if you can't handle too much saltiness, you should only add 1/2 or 3/4 spoon. 8/10 - Service is fast, the place is quite crowded so it's hard to manage order of customers. 8/10 - Space is a bit cramped due to many customers, but still okay. 8/10
Fermented fish noodle soup with innards, in my personal opinion, is not too special; it seems everyone has different tastes. However, the cheap price and the lively atmosphere make it an experience worth trying.
It's okay to eat, a mixed bowl, a little bit of everything. The unseasoned fermented fish sauce is a bit salty. It's passable, just eat it once or so.
