I’ve lived here for 40 years, and while there are many delicious and affordable Quang noodle shops in Da Nang, this is the one that suits my taste the most—especially the snakehead fish noodles with fish innards. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is fast, polite, and professional. The staff takes orders via an app, so it’s not as noisy as other places, but everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The accompanying vegetables are clean and fresh, and you can ask for more if needed. Tôi đã sống ở đây 40 năm, có rất nhiều quán mỳ quảng ngon và rẻ ở Đà Nẵng nhưng đây lại là quán mỳ quảng hợp vị mà tôi thích nhất từ trước tới nay, đặc biệt là mỳ cá lóc + lòng cá. Quán rất sạch sẽ, phục vụ nhanh - lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp. Nhân viên oder món qua App nên không ồn ào như những quán khác nhưng rất trật tự và chính xác. Rau ăn kèm sạch sẽ và tươi, có thể xin thêm nếu cần.

Delicious, reasonable price
It's been a long time since I last had such a delicious bowl of Mi Quang that suited my taste. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the accompanying toppings were richly seasoned, true to the Quang style 👍. The staff served quickly and were enthusiastic and cheerful. There is parking space for cars along the roadside.
The food is okay, came back after 1 year to eat for the first time, but it's a bit too spicy.
The eatery is crowded and closes quite early; if you want more choices, come before 8 PM.
Followed the food review and succeeded. I ordered the special Mỳ Quảng for 65k, it was very delicious, not too oily. There were many locals eating here, and the owner was also very enthusiastic. There is free tea to drink.
Delicious noodles
This is my go-to eatery; every time I come to Da Nang, I have to stop by for a bowl before going anywhere else. Quality: The broth is rich, fragrant, and creamy. Extremely impressed with the chewy and sweet free-range chicken and the flavorful snakehead fish. The side vegetables are plentiful, diverse, and clean. Must-try: Don't forget to order an extra bowl of chicken rib cartilage to gnaw on for a satisfying experience; it's worth a try! Downside: The place is super crowded, so service is a bit slow and sometimes not very quick. Price: Very reasonable for the quality. In summary, 9/10, well worth the wait!
Rich-flavored Quang noodles, free-range chicken marinated with rich spices and cooked thoroughly, very delicious. Toppings include fish intestines, snakehead fish roe... very good.

This morning at 5:54 AM on March 7, my mother stopped by to buy noodles. She bought 6 packs and asked to have the vegetables and noodles separated into individual packs, not mixed together. Then an elderly woman said to my mother, 'This lady is the most troublesome.' Isn't that annoying? Meanwhile, my mother's request was not unreasonable. Please urgently address the staff's attitude!
Clean. The eatery is crowded. Average taste. Not the authentic flavor of Mi Quang, Quang Nam.

Pros: - Easy to find location, spacious, airy, clean - Good service, not too long to wait - Rich noodle broth, large bowl so easy to mix, filling - Reasonable price for quality Cons: - Location is not central, so I can't go often - personally
10 points not perfect, but 10 points for quality! The eatery is super crowded, but the male staff are enthusiastic and lovely. I ordered the mixed portion with snakehead fish, shrimp, chicken, gizzards, quail eggs, every dish was braised with rich flavor. The broth is just right, you can order more broth. The noodles are good, with plenty of vegetables. The eatery is spacious, clean, and service is fast.
