Great place to eat! The staff were very helpful and even showed us how to properly enjoy the dishes we ordered (I still can’t remember the name—just check the photos 😅). We originally planned to visit a different branch, but our Grab driver recommended this one and said it was better—and he was right. We later tried the other branch on our itinerary, and this one definitely stood out. I’m still not entirely sure if they’re officially the same restaurant with multiple branches or just different places with similar names, but either way, I’d recommend this location.
Delicious food
Ba Mua's Quang Noodles is one of the fairly famous Quang noodle eateries in Da Nang, often sought out by many tourists due to its "well-known name" and multiple branches. The shop space is clean, neatly arranged, and service is quite fast, suitable for tourists or large groups. However, my personal experience was not too impressive. I found the flavor quite ordinary, not really capturing the essence of Quang noodles as expected. What I disliked most was the separate serving of broth and noodles, which made the eating experience feel disjointed and unlike the traditional Quang noodle style I'm used to. Additionally, I felt the shop has become quite commercialized, serving large numbers of customers, so the flavor is somewhat safe and easy to eat but lacks a highlight. For those who have eaten Quang noodles at local small eateries, Ba Mua might seem a bit "mild" and not distinctive enough.

Service is too bad. Food is okay. The staff forgets food and drinks. Ordered just a few dishes but they forgot countless times. Service is too bad. Advice: replace the entire staff.
Delicious food
This place is only for tourists. The food is bad. The price is 53k for a bowl like this, and it's annoying that the rice paper is charged separately at 6k, while customers think the raw vegetables and rice paper come with the noodles, because the restaurant brings them out at the same time.
I went there because a Vietnamese person recommended it. I had Mi Quang noodles after reading reviews, but the Vietnamese person asked why I ate that when other dishes are tastier. They said the pork wrap served with fish sauce is delicious. I also enjoyed the Mi Quang noodles^^ I recommend visiting at least once.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and the unmistakable aroma of rich, flavorful broth. I ordered the traditional Mỳ Quảng đặc biệt, and every bite was perfection—springy noodles, tender meat, fresh herbs, and that signature nutty, savory broth that ties it all together. The crispy rice crackers on top added the perfect crunch, making each spoonful even more satisfying. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and well-run, with fast service despite the constant flow of customers. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size. If you're looking for a true taste of Central Vietnam, Mỳ Quảng Bà Mua is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back for more on my next trip to Đà Nẵng!
The dishes are more expensive compared to the average of similar eateries, and the food is not worth the price. The mango is mushy and crushed; the pork is dry and not fresh, with a refrigerator smell throughout. Side dishes are charged extra without prior notice. The quality is declining more and more.
The number 1 Quang noodle I've ever eaten. Rich flavor, lots of broth,... very suitable if you eat a lot of vegetables and rice paper.

The staff was a bit unfriendly (maybe because they realized I'm Japanese and thought we couldn't communicate...), but when I asked for takeout, they responded politely. The fish pho and pork rice paper rolls cost 20,000 dong, and it was too much for one person to finish, so I shared it with the nice guy at the front desk. The paintings on the walls inside the shop are impactful.

Very average restaurant, the staff is not welcoming, the chicken noodles had good flavors but the chicken was full of bones and fat. In the end, when the bill came, the drinks were more expensive than the price shown on the menu, giving the unpleasant impression of being taken for a mere tourist.
Ordered a chicken noodle soup: noodles okay, broth good... Chicken?! Bones, cartilage, and bone. Barely anything to eat. And they serve you rice crackers to eat, then charge you for them without clearly informing you beforehand. Same for the wet hand towels. Reasonable price for a vegetarian dish 😅
We were taken here to eat a local dish. Except the chicken noodles were only bones, not very chicken-like. And on top of that, they make you pay for what they bring to the table before being served. AND they increase the prices at the end, take a photo of the menu with the prices to have the correct total at the end. Be careful, they don't give change. Apart from that, the noodles are good.
