I ate the matcha ramen today. It was a too rich and not my flavour, I was expecting Japanese matcha but instead it was made with a flavoured matcha that I have had in Vietnamese coffee shops which is quite floral and lacks the depth of matcha from Japan. For this reason I found the taste a bit too floral and not as authentic as I would have hoped. Id like to try another type of ramen in the future.
Absolutely delicious! This was the best ramen I’ve ever had. Rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and great service. I will definitely come back!
Best ramen I have ever had! The service was absolutely incredible. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Outstanding depth of flavour, quick service and a beautiful experience. Thank you!

Really good food. Hit the spot.
Cosy atmosphere with delicious ramen noodles
The teriyaki chicken was really good. The chicken was tender, and the sauce had a nice balance of sweet and savory. Portion size was decent too. I'd order it again
The restaurant has a beautiful space
Delicious food, cool air conditioning, Japanese vibe is also okay, small space for those who like cozy:D
I think matcha should just be kept for desserts.
I came here because I was staying at a nearby hotel, and the chicken paitan was rich and delicious. I feel the taste is closest to Japan. The second floor seating is also clean and recommended. I would like to eat here again when I come to Vietnam.
You can eat ramen that I think is delicious even in Japan! My recommendation is the chicken paitan soy sauce!
First time trying ramen. The taste is quite good, the shop space is small and cute. Recommend to you guys.
Quite okay. Should try it.
Ramen might be a bit salty for Vietnamese taste, so ordering it less salty would make it easier to eat. I find the price for a portion of ramen here quite high; overall, eating it as an experience to understand the dish and culture is okay. But for a filling and tasty meal, it might not be ideal. I apologize for rating the food low; it's probably just a matter of taste. The atmosphere here is quite nice; sitting and eating feels like being in Japan. The staff are also quick, enthusiastic, and very good. Overall, 4/5 stars.
The food is delicious and suits my taste very well, the staff are cute and enthusiastic, I will come back next time.
The eatery has 2 locations, but this one is closer to home so I stopped by here. I ordered a portion of spicy chicken soup noodles, quite delicious, the broth is rich in flavor, moderately spicy. The eatery's atmosphere is super chill. Will try other dishes when I have the chance 💯
Friendly staff, cozy space, and the food suits my taste, very delicious. Will come back next time.
I've eaten noodles here many times, and I still like the clear soup the most. In the picture is the clear soup with soy sauce flavor, a bit saltier than the white soup.
Besides ramen, the teriyaki pan-seared chicken is also quite delicious. The portion is large, so it's enough for me to eat alone.
A true love for spice lovers at San Ramen! 🔥🍜 If you go to San Ramen and are addicted to spicy food, you must try this bowl of spicy white chicken soup ramen with soy sauce flavor. Just looking at the vibrant orange-red soup color in my photo is enough to understand the excitement. The white chicken soup (Tori Paitan) is already rich and creamy, now combined with the bold flavor of soy sauce and a bit of spiciness, one sip will wake you up! The noodles are chewy and smooth, fully coated in the soup. The soft-boiled egg with runny yolk is rich and creamy, eaten alongside to soothe the spiciness—absolutely perfect. A 5-star rating without debate!
Unique experience: Matcha combined with Ramen, seemingly incompatible yet surprisingly harmonious! 💚 I had heard about San Ramen's Matcha Tori Paitan noodle bowl for a long time, and now I finally had the chance to see it in person. The first impression was the refreshing green appearance, with a smooth creamy foam layer like a latte. When eating, the mild bitterness and characteristic fragrant notes of matcha blend with the rich chicken broth, creating an extremely captivating flavor that significantly reduces the greasy feeling. The noodles are soaked in the soup, the char siu is tender and melts in the mouth, and the soft-boiled egg is perfectly done. Anyone who is a matcha enthusiast or enjoys exploring new flavors must definitely try it!
