UMEYAKI - BBQ BUFFET

We dined at this restaurant recently, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by an unacceptable fact: the repeated presence of a rat in the dining room. We saw it more than three times during the meal. It was only after we reported the problem ourselves that the staff began to react, although one of the servers had clearly seen the rat earlier without doing anything. The manager came to apologize and tried to chase it away, but this should have been handled much more seriously and quickly. Regarding the rest of the experience: The food was very good, the dishes were tasty, but some did not match the photos displayed on the website where we placed the order. The service was okay, but we had to wait 40 minutes to receive our drinks, which arrived when we had almost finished eating. The background music only started halfway through the meal, which created a rather strange disconnect.

There is a restaurant right across from the hotel, so I didn't have high expectations, but the food and service were excellent. It was my first time eating at a Japanese buffet, and I was fully satisfied with the delicious cuisine, especially the sushi, grilled beef, and grilled shishamo. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my meal very enjoyable. It was even more appreciated that my parents were satisfied on the last day of our trip. I will gladly return on my next stay in Da Nang.

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant! Even though we don't speak Vietnamese, Thao My, the waitress, was incredibly kind and attentive. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, patiently helping us place our order and making everything much easier. Her warm and friendly welcome truly made us feel welcome. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this place for the exceptional quality of the dishes and the impeccable service.

Các món ăn đều ngon, đáng với tầm giá buffet 350k. - Nhân viên phục vụ cực kỳ nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là bạn tên Đức. - Chỗ ngồi thoải mái, design đẹp. => chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong những lần đến Đà Nẵng.

Hôm nay mình có dịp ghé qua quán nướng BBQ 68, và thật sự phải nói là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời! Ngay từ khi bước vào, nhân viên đã chào đón rất nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn mình chọn bàn và giúp bật bếp ngay lập tức. Không gian quán rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, mùi khói không bị ám quá nhiều nhờ hệ thống hút khói tốt. Đồ ăn được mang ra rất nhanh, thịt tươi, được tẩm ướp đậm đà vừa miệng. Mình đặc biệt thích ba chỉ bò và sườn heo nướng, mềm và thơm. Nhân viên còn thường xuyên hỏi thăm xem có cần thêm đồ hay thay vỉ nướng không – điều này khiến mình thấy rất được quan tâm. Giá cả cũng khá hợp lý so với chất lượng. Mình đi 3 người, ăn no nê mà chỉ khoảng 400.000 đồng, thật sự đáng tiền

The all-you-can-eat restaurants in Da Nang are affordable and the staff is friendly and attentive, even going so far as to help peel the shrimp. The buffet food is okay; the fries were a bit cold, but the watermelon was deliciously sweet.

Le service était impeccable du début à la fin. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins et nous a aidés à préparer nos plats avec une grande réactivité. Mon avis fait suite à un commentaire négatif récent qui nous a presque dissuadés d'y aller. L'ambiance est super, la déco est vraiment sympa et il y a la climatisation. Étant canadienne, j'ai forcément chaud, mais ils ont remarqué que j'avais chaud et ont allumé un ventilateur qui desservait plusieurs tables. Une fois l'autre table libre, ils l'ont dirigé directement vers nous sans qu'on ait à le demander, ce qui était parfait. La nourriture était excellente, surtout le bol de riz au bœuf. Si je devais faire une suggestion, ce serait de réduire la taille des portions pour pouvoir goûter plus de plats. Il y avait effectivement un morceau de bœuf un peu dur, mais c'était un cas isolé parmi les six que nous avons essayés. Le commentaire négatif que j'ai vu comparait les attentes à la réalité, mais honnêtement, je ne vois aucun problème avec la réalité : les assiettes étaient très belles et conformes à nos attentes. Cette personne cherchait vraiment la petite bête. Les huîtres étaient servies nature, avec différentes sauces au choix. Pour la sauce au fromage, il suffisait de se servir et de l'ajouter. Pour l'huile d'oignon, c'était à faire soi-même. Le serveur nous a d'ailleurs demandé notre choix et nous a servi. Les crevettes étaient assez grosses, mais elles ont forcément réduit de volume à la cuisson. Le serveur les a cuites et décortiquées pour nous. Si vous en vouliez plus, il suffisait d'en commander. Les sushis étaient bons, frais et sans odeur de poisson. Concernant le service, notre enfant s'est endormi à table et le personnel est allé chercher une peluche pour qu'il puisse s'en servir d'oreiller. Le terminal de paiement par carte était effectivement hors service, mais lorsque j'ai demandé s'il y avait un distributeur automatique à proximité, le serveur a proposé de m'y emmener. Le distributeur le plus proche, en scooter, a failli avaler ma carte. Je l'ai insérée et il s'est bloqué, puis il a planté et me l'a rendue. Je suppose qu'il ne fonctionne pas avec les cartes étrangères, alors ne tentez rien. Le serveur m'a conduit à une autre banque qu'il m'avait initialement conseillée, où j'ai pu retirer de l'argent sans problème. Franchement, leur service est exceptionnel. Ils ont été vraiment au top.
