Visited Min Sushi Da Nang during my stay and really enjoyed it. The restaurant is small, cozy and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It feels comfortable and easy, not too busy or overwhelming. The waitress didn’t speak much, but she was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience pleasant. I really liked the open kitchen concept — it’s always a good sign to see how the food is prepared, and everything looked fresh and well handled. The sushi was great and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I will definitely come back.

Ich war mit einer Freundin da. Das Sushi war super lecker. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt völlig! Der Serivce war sehr freundlich& aufmerksam. Komme gerne nochmals vorbei.
Food is average, service is quite slow though the staffs are really friendly. The space is a bit small and ventilation isn’t great. Overall it’s a nice place to try but probably won’t come again.
Very disappointing experience. From the very first second, we felt completely unwelcome. We were told there were no free tables, even though there were clearly empty seats inside. When we came back 30 minutes later, we were given another excuse—that the food would take too long. In the end, it was obvious they simply did not want to serve us, so we never even had the chance to eat there. The staff was unfriendly throughout, and it honestly felt like we were treated differently because we are tourists. It’s hard to understand how a place can operate with this kind of attitude. Very upsetting. Would not recommend.

Min sushi làm hỏng buổi tối của mình. Đây là lần đầu mình đến ăn ở quán. Quán có 6 ghế ở quầy nhìn hướng bếp. Và 2 bàn 1 bàn tầm 4 ghế. Còn 1 bàn 4 ghế ở ngoài quán nữa. Trên quầy quán hơi bụi tí. Chắc do đồ trang trí nhiều. Mình và người yêu ngồi quầy Tụi mình đến tự xem menu rồi mới có nhân viên đến ghi order. Order xong tụi mình thấy bàn mình có cái chén mà nó dính gì đó dơ nên tự tụi mình lấy chén khác- chồng ở trên bàn ra lau rồi. Tới khi có món ăn tụi mình cx phải xin thêm chén nhỏ để bỏ nước tương. Vào vấn đề chính. Tụi mình gọi 3 món (gồm cơm cuộn, sashimi và 1 cơm bò như hình) khoảng hơn 45p sau thì quán mang cơm bò (món chín) ra trước. Mình có hỏi 1 câu vì hơi bất ngờ: ủa mình phục vụ đồ chín trước ạ? Xong quán hỏi lại mình là mình ăn đồ chín sợ no hả. Nhưng cười vui vẻ nên thôi mình cũng không nói lại gì. Chỉ là mình rất không thích ăn đồ chín trước đồ sống. Nhưng thôi, cái này mình cũng skip, lỗi do mình chủ quan không dặn, người yêu mình phải ăn chứ đợi lâu cũng đói bụng, mà để cx nguội, mình muốn ăn đồ sống trước nên đã đợi tiếp. Phải sau hơn 1 tiếng kể từ khi order mình mới có sashimi. (Và mình nhận thấy họ phục vụ bàn tới sau mình song song với mình) Quay trở lại phần sashimi của mình. Phần gốc menu: sashimi (cá hồi, cá trích, cá ngừ, cá basa, và bạch tuộc) Lúc order nhân viên đã chốt đổi bạch tuộc sang cá hồi cho mình. Nhưng lúc bê ra không có cá basa mà lại là sò đỏ. Mình phải giải thích 1 lúc thì cô chủ quán mới hiểu và vào bếp nói lại với nhân viên order. Đây mới là đoạn làm cho mình bực nhất buổi tối nay. Đối với mình ai cũng có những lúc làm sai, hoặc quán cũng có những hôm làm cho khách không hài lòng vì nhiều lý do: sai món, đợi quá lâu, món chưa được như kì vọng, không xứng với giá cả... nên có thể mình rán nhịn đói ngồi đợi, rán ăn món mình không thích. (Sashimi cá ngừ hôm nay ở quán không được tươi nha, cá hồi ok ở mức tạm ổn. Sò điệp và cá trích ép trứng thì tươi) Nhưng mình không thể chấp nhận được thái độ của nhân viên quán khi nghe cô chủ nói là mình bảo quán giao nhầm món. Cô bé ấy trả lời lại ngay mà không hề dừng lại 1 nhịp để kiểm tra lại. Khẳng định với cô chủ là đã đổi món theo yêu cầu của mình rồi ("đổi rồi chi" "sò đỏ có trong phần đó mà") với một biểu cảm phẫn nộ trên gương mặt, mắt lướt ngang mặt mình, bạn ấy tiếp tục hỏi anh đầu bếp là: cái phần số 3 đó có mà đúng không? Best sushi of my life! You can go there with your eyes closed! Everything we tasted was wonderfully good! The owners are kind!

My partner and I used to really enjoy the food here, so we came several times. Previous visits were fine, the service was okay, and the food was like 8-9 points, making us want to come back. But today was very disappointing. I don't know if they changed the head chef, but from hot dishes to cold ones, everything was completely different from before. The fried breaded meat had a very sour sauce, and the sushi—don't get me started—the tuna was mushy, the scallops had a bitter lime taste, and on top of that, the kitchen ARBITRARILY changed a menu item without asking the customer, and when I asked, they said, 'The swordfish wasn't good, so we replaced it with another fish.' What if we couldn't eat that type of fish? I wonder if the place has too many customers now and no longer focuses on service and food. It used to be a favorite spot, but now I'm extremely disappointed. Not to mention, they didn't even set up soy sauce despite having only two separate tables; by the time they brought the second dish and we asked, they looked clueless and went to find it.
The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. I like eating torched salmon, so I asked the kitchen to torch the salmon on my sushi roll for me. The price is quite cheap compared to the average on September 2nd Street. The enoki mushroom beef rolls seem unrelated, but when I ordered them, I found them very delicious =)))))))) The restaurant's cozy atmosphere is extremely nice.
Sushi in Da Nang was a menu that didn't seem to fit, but after trying it once, I stop by to eat it every time I come.
If you think of eating in Japan, you shouldn't go, but it's fine to just eat casually.
I really liked the sushi, the location, the staff, and the prices. I will definitely recommend visiting. The plum wine is wow.

The food is average, everything seems fresh, but not super tasty, not worth spending your time at this establishment. The rolls are not tasty, small. The soup is greasy, service is very slow. The sashimi portion is small. Not worth it, although the prices are reasonable.

The udon noodles here are super delicious, suitable for a moderate taste, the broth is rich, the space is cozy and quiet, absolutely wonderful beyond dispute.
Compact space suitable for only 3-4 people. My family went at noon with 6 people, and the restaurant reserved 2 full tables for us. The kitchen staff were super friendly, lovely, and enthusiastic. I will come back.
