not the best service and food, doesn't live up to a michelin , also had a stomachache after this, not sure if it's related..
So very very very yum. Sooo much flavour in the fish sauce. I was the only foreigner there, no English menu or price list (it’s 35k) per dish.
Ich bin wegen der Michelin-Empfehlung hergekommen. Nachdem ich bei einigen Michelin-Empfehlungen enttäuscht wurde, war ich hier echt positiv überrascht. Es ist ein einfacher Imbiss und die Sauberkeit entsprechend nicht ganz so hoch. Das Essen für 35k war sehr gut. Dezent im Geschmack, aber lecker. Und mit den Soßen kann noch nachgewürzt / nachgeschärft werden. Freundliches Personal.
Was met with a big question, like, what do you want here🤔.. no help in English so i figured out what dish i wanted with my Google translation. I got the one with pork and it was not tasty at all. The fishsauce was really bad, so i tasted it, paid and left.
Recommended by locals. The fermented fish noodle soup is delicious and authentic, the mixed platter is a great experience. Reasonable prices, the eatery is clean.

When traveling, I always drop by any local eatery near the hotel to eat without reading reviews, and I always find the perfect one. The fermented anchovy noodle soup is super delicious, fresh vegetables, fragrant fermented anchovy sauce, and especially the crispy fried spring rolls. The eatery is truly a budget-friendly spot for locals, so the space is not invested in. The place is quite crowded with locals eating and taking away, so if anyone is near this area, you should come and try it.

This place was delicious for their Bun Mam! I went a month ago and couldn't find it again and someone suggested this place and when I saw the photos, I knew this was the place! We went back today and was so hungry I had already mixed up my noods before I took a photo! Regardless it was as good as I remembered! Highly recommend this place if you want to eat fresh and tasty Bun Mam! We ordered the special with everything and it was 40,000 vnđ per person! --------------- A review below said it was bad fish sauce. First of all it's NOT fish sauce it's fermented stinky deliciousness that's a specialty of Da Nang! He's missing out cause we come to this place often and it hits so good every time! I couldn't get enough of it today so I just ordered another order to go!
The eatery is in the budget segment. The portions are both cheap and plentiful. I was recommended this shop by locals. Since it's budget-friendly, I don't have high expectations for presentation. The servings are very generous, so if you eat little, you should order less vermicelli. The location is easy to find, and there are many local eateries around.

The eatery is crowded and the cleaning is sloppy. On the plus side, service is super fast, and the vegetables and meat are all fresh and delicious. The fermented fish sauce is truly tasty.
My memorable fermented fish noodle soup shop. If you like sweet fermented fish, Ba Dong is a wonderful destination! In Da Nang, I love the flavor of Ba Dong, it's unmistakable. If you go to Hue, the fermented fish in Hue is more authentic for those who like salty fermented fish 👍🏼 The shop has spacious seating, wifi, and free iced tea. The owner is very enthusiastic, remembers what I order ^^ The roasted pork here is delicious, tender, and high quality. Free extra vegetables, you can ask for as much as you want. The eatery is good; when I went for lunch, it was almost full. The mixed portion and a glass of sugarcane juice cost 48k, a reasonable price for locals and tourists. In the bowl of vermicelli, there are garlic, fried garlic, beef sausage, spring rolls, roasted pork, along with vermicelli and vegetables, mixed with fermented fish sauce, quite delicious.
Delicious bún mắm!!!! Highly recommended!!! It can be spicy to some people with sensitivity to spicy foods. Sugarcane drink is fresh and sweet just right. They only have bún mắm here. It's kinda hot inside during the summer.

The roasted pork and pork noodle soup is not delicious, almost no pork skin. I saw locals eating 2 bowls for 60k but as a tourist I was charged 70k, not worth the money.
