People complaining in the reviews have no idea what are they talking about!!! If you don't like a bit sweet broth or chunky bones with loads of meat - sure go to Ba Xinh nearby where they sell 2-3 days old meat (I saw it by my eyes yesterday, three big bags full of leftovers!) But this place often soldout for Xi Quach(beef meat bones) before 6pm(!!), and their turnover is crazy high everyday. The only thing I don't like is that they pour the broth by a pipe from 2nd floor, I'm not sure how do they clean it, but I never got sick or anything. The branch in My An doesn't use the pipe method + the staff attitude is way more positive than here.
