The eatery is near my homestay when I go to Da Nang, small and affordable, with lots of toppings. The seasoning is quite rich, the beef is tender. Beef noodle soup in Da Nang uses thin vermicelli and is almost never eaten with banana flower like in Saigon. The owner is friendly and often chats with customers 😅
