The shop makes clean food, the flavor is relatively okay, the price of 25k is reasonable for clam noodles, the shop space is small and relatively tidy, will try clam rice and vermicelli when I have the chance.

The restaurant was quite busy, so initial service was a little slow, but the food comes out fast after ordering. The restaurant is the front of the owners house, and it is quite nice by Vietnamese standards. The food was good and plentiful. I would have preferred my rice in the cơm hến đặc biệt to be warmer, as it was served at room temperature, as is typical for bun noodles everywhere in Vietnam. The street out front is busy, and this is a popular restaurant for lunchtime...as soon as you get up there will be someone to take your place. That tells you it must be good, right? This place was recommended to us by a native of Huế, so yes, it's the real deal.

Ordered the special bowl for 40k, it had too much rice. The bowl was full of ingredients, fresh, and delicious. There were chili and garlic in the fish sauce jar, which paired very well. The crispy pork rinds were tasty, not crumbly. The eatery is a bit stuffy; on a hot day, it must feel very suffocating to sit there.

Clam vermicelli costs up to 30k/bowl. Super bad, eating it feels like an insult to the eater. Staff attitude: buying one bowl, they glare at customers and then throw the customer's items forcefully. In general, the food is bad and the attitude is bad; very unlucky to have found this eatery.

Staff had a bad attitude towards a first-time customer. I spent money to buy, but they treated me like a beggar. I went alone to buy one bag for 30k, and two female staff looked at each other and smirked at my face?? Then they even asked, 'Just one bag?' Huh? Disdainful attitude, speaking in an annoying tone, and on top of that, the bun hen was full of taro stems, and they already seasoned the box even though I asked for the seasoning packet separately. Seeing they made a mistake, I asked them to pack an extra seasoning packet separately while still keeping that box of bun, but the staff immediately threw the box away?? Then they said they'd make a new box because seasoning had already been mixed in and would cause stomach ache. Let me ask? Is that logical? They say seasoning mixed in will cause stomach ache, but they still season the box when selling?? Do they think having many customers and a bad attitude is okay??? They think it's delicious, but it turned out to be bad :) The taste of bun hen Hue is not right at all. The dish is made with a bad attitude, and the food is not tasty :)) I suggest you reconsider your eatery.
