I visited this place 5 times during this trip. I tried everything except beef. Personally, the charcoal-grilled meat was the most delicious. It was the most delicious among the Da Nang restaurants I've tried. Especially the pork belly and charcoal-grilled meat were truly the best!! No smell either. Even without rice, it was delicious to eat. Eating it with vegetables made it truly indescribably delicious. The price was really cheap, which was great. Vegetables were unlimited refills!! Even without me saying anything, the owner came by and took care of things. The owner knows what you want just by your glance. The service was really good too. We said we'd meet again next year. It's a soy sauce-flavored bulgogi, but less salty than in Korea. It's a bit disappointing that there's no rice. Bun thit nuong can be hit or miss. It's more delicious if you eat it with a lot of sauce. Also, there's garlic and chili on every table, and if you wrap it with garlic, you can taste heaven.
A local charcoal-grilled restaurant selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand, it is not overly stimulating and stays true to the ingredients. The owner and staff are very kind. When ordering a large portion of nem lui, it comes as 15 skewers, but they serve it in two batches to prevent it from cooling. Vegetables and rice paper are refilled as needed. Wet wipes are free, and the prices are very affordable.
A good place to go comfortably. Even though it's local, it seems to be managed neatly, and the owner is kind~ The food is delicious, but the portions are larger than expected, so it's better to order a small one. The pork belly is the most delicious^^
Super delicious, the eatery has a noodle mixing sauce and spring roll dipping sauce that are very tasty and unique. The seasoning is a bit sweet, so it suits Southerners like me traveling to Da Nang. It suited my taste incredibly well, so I visited the eatery for two consecutive days. I ordered 2 grilled pork noodle bowls + 1 small portion of grilled spring rolls (10 skewers), which was just enough for two people. The owner is very enthusiastic and hospitable. The eatery is quite small; during lunch or dinner hours, it gets quite crowded, and the wait for food is a bit long because the meat is grilled upon order. But because it's very delicious, it's worth experiencing.
A familiar eatery, every time friends from afar visit Da Nang, I bring them here to eat. The restaurant serves delicious food at affordable prices. Later, it even received a Michelin star, but the prices remain unchanged. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic. Occasionally, when foreign guests come and don't know how to eat, he even stands to wrap the food for them and gives instructions, even though he doesn't know English. As for the food: - My favorite is the grilled beef wrapped in lolot leaves here. The beef is tender and has the most distinct flavor among all the restaurants I've tried in Da Nang. - The grilled pork vermicelli here is also more flavorful than at other places. However, you should eat only half a bowl to save room for other dishes, as the sauce can be quite rich. - The restaurant's special sauce is creamy and rich; add chili if you can handle spice to cut through the richness. Overall, the food is delicious and well worth trying when visiting Da Nang. Price: Our group of three ordered three dishes as shown in the picture, costing less than 100k per person, and we ate well and were full. Everyone, remember to give it a try!
Phu Hong Eatery is a place worth visiting if you want to enjoy delicious grilled meat rolls and nem lụi in Da Nang. The eatery has many advantages such as special flavor, fresh ingredients, airy space, and reasonable prices. The grilled meat here is marinated richly and flavorful. The nem lụi is also prepared very deliciously, with a distinctive flavor. The parking space at the eatery is somewhat limited, especially on busy days. The staff serves quickly, enthusiastically, and attentively.
I happened to see a review on TikTok and came to a place I didn't expect to be a Michelin restaurant. The food was delicious, clean, and the owner was very enthusiastic and friendly.
It's been in my phone for a long time, but today I finally remembered to review. I found this eatery because it was selected by Michelin. The service is very good, the owner is extremely nice, and the eatery is clean, just a bit small. As for the food, no complaints. My wife and I eat with a Southern Vietnamese palate, so we found the food here perfectly seasoned and to our taste ^^. If you're a local, you might find it a bit bland, everyone ^^. But truly a must-try. Michelin's review of this eatery is okay.
Pros: Delicious food, average price 90k/portion Cons: Small eatery, very crowded
It's okay, but not as delicious as before. It's a bit sweet somehow.
The restaurant serves delicious food, is clean, and the staff is enthusiastic.
Delicious food, reasonable current prices. Although the eatery is crowded, the owner serves very enthusiastically and attentively. The space is a bit small and hot.
Grill house with hot meat right in front of the door. Clean vegetables. Thin rice paper. Beef in lolot leaves and grilled pork skewers are very delicious.
Best grilled pork skewers Fast service Sweet grilled meat, slightly dry
Dishonest business. Our table ordered 1 small portion of beef in lolot leaves (90k), but the eatery brought out 2 plates. We called the owner to return 1 plate, but the owner said it was 1 portion but divided into 2 plates. When it came time to pay, the owner charged 180k.
Delicious but the price is a bit high. I'm a student, and after eating, I was shocked that it was 35 cents, equal to a full-topping rice plate I usually eat. Well, I happened to crave grilled pork vermicelli, so I just accepted it.
The eatery has delicious beef wrapped in lolot leaves. The price is high compared to the general average, so I only came to try it once.
Grilled pork vermicelli here is delicious! Grilled beef in betel leaf is delicious! Grilled pork skewers are delicious! The sauce poured over the vermicelli is absolutely top-notch, flying high! In short, everything here is delicious, the middle-aged owner is still quite handsome!!!
Delicious food, the owner is okay, the eatery feels cozy, there is a very cute little dog ❤️❤️❤️
Will come back, the food is super delicious, the owners are super cute and enthusiastic.
Very delicious, I've been eating here for over 15 years, the staff are very enthusiastic
Delicious (vegetables, beef in lolot leaves) affordable price, lovely service
I traveled to Da Nang. The food is really delicious. It's not too bland nor too strong. Just the right flavor to savor. The wait wasn't too long. I noticed that most customers here are foreigners. Next time I visit Da Nang, I'll come back to enjoy it again. The owner is super nice.
This eatery is very delicious despite being in the Michelin Guide; it still maintains a local food style, not extremely viral unless someone points you to it. As a local, I also like this place. The restaurant has beef wrapped in betel leaves (bò lá lốt) that is tasty and a must-eat—very fragrant and always hot, the dipping sauce is also good with added fried shallot oil, so it's delicious. The plate of vegetables is clean and plentiful. I like this place because the price is not too high even though it's in the Michelin Guide and many foreign customers come. The owner is friendly and very enthusiastic and hospitable. The only drawback, I don't know if they've changed it, is the size of the dipping sauce bowl. I hope they switch to a slightly larger bowl because the regular bowl is a bit small, so it can't hold much sauce; it runs out quickly, and if you dip a lot, you have to ask the staff to refill, which is a bit inconvenient.
