Ordering tapioca pearls, they charge you but don't put them in the cup for the customer, very annoying. Asked to reduce sweetness but it's extremely sweet, so frustrating.
Delicious milk tea, lovely staff
Service is very bad. Staff have an unpleasant attitude, speak curtly to customers, laugh at customers, and are not friendly at all. Going to drink milk tea but feeling very displeased and uncomfortable, not worth the money spent. Giving 1 star for the staff's attitude many times but the shop still has no measures to improve, not recommending people to come. Will not return next time.

Staff attitude does not respect customers. Asked 3 times but no response. Ordered a less sweet drink but it was sweet. Ordered a regular drink but no sugar was added. Will not come back again.
The Grab order was delivered missing items, and the rescheduled delivery took too long and still hasn't arrived.
3:07 PM on November 11. Staff attitude, no pearls but still ordered until making the drink reported no golden pearls and no apology from the staff. Never come back.
Restaurant 1: 5 staff members take a very long time to prepare dishes and have a flippant attitude towards customers.
Matcha ice cream is really bad, matcha is bitter, takes a long time to make, staff attitude is mocking and laughing

The staff took a very long time to prepare and make the food. I arrived first and ordered first, but the staff didn't make my order; instead, they made the order of someone who came later (not a shipper). On top of that, the staff worked very slowly and calmly as if nothing was wrong. It was truly frustrating, especially since the drinks were nothing special. I'm sorry, but there will be no second visit to any Xing Fu Cha location ❌

💯 10/10 FOR THE LITTLE SISTER AT THE ORDER COUNTER ON MONDAY, AUGUST 4, 2025 AT 5 PM. 💖💖💖 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~♡♡♡~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On Monday, August 4 at 5 PM, I came to buy oolong milk tea with oat bird's nest jelly under the buy-1-get-1 promotion for hard fans, but when I got to the counter, I realized I had left my phone at home, and going back home was too far, so I asked and was helped by the little sister at the counter who lent me her phone to apply the promotion. The little sister was super cute, always cheerful and smiling at me. At that time, it was quite busy with customers, so I felt a bit awkward, but her cute and professional attitude made me feel much more at ease 💕 She also kept apologizing for making me wait. I highly appreciate her attitude, even though I didn't feel it was long at all (about 5-10 minutes), and even if it was a bit longer, I would have waited because of her very nice service attitude 🥰. This is my sincere review. I believe that if Xingfucha recruits employees like this, they don't have to worry about customers not coming back ~ 🎉🧋✨️

Usually I order Thai red milk tea with cheese tornado, but these 1-2 days I drink it and feel the milk tea taste is no longer the same as before. Although I can still taste it, the deliciousness has decreased, and the cream layer feels much less than before. In short, it's no longer as good as before:(((
Customers hadn't finished ordering yet the staff had already issued the bill. The eatery should retrain the ordering staff. When I arrived it wasn't very crowded, only 2-3 people. Truly very disappointed, probably won't come back next time.
Employees have a bad attitude. If you don't know, just ask. After asking, they still have a bad attitude and even laugh at each other, looking down on customers.
