Clean food, near place, good prices and nice owner - really appreciates that she prepared the spring rolls for me. She did not know I can do it, but sometimes it’s nice to be lazy :) The spicy sauce it’s pretty spicy, so add just a pinch if you want it. Half a teaspoon or even less it’s enough.
Convenient location near our bus stop. Went at 5 pm and there was no one else in the restaurant. Only grilled beef rolls. Friendly staff used google translate to communicate.

A portion of grilled pork vermicelli for 40k is too expensive. In my opinion, it's not flavorful, bland, in short, I won't come back.
Food is okay, fresh vegetables, enthusiastic staff who refill water, fast serving, spacious parking, hope the restaurant should improve.

From Hanoi to visit Da Nang and I felt very satisfied eating at this eatery. The meat marinade was just right, the sauce was delicious, the crispy shrimp crackers when dipped in the sauce were a highlight, and the raw vegetables looked clean. The Thai-style jellyfish salad was generous with jellyfish, the Thai sauce was mildly sour and not too strong. The lovely and cheerful owner stood and chatted with me for a while about the special features of the Quang Nam dishes from her hometown. Rating 9/10 stars for a good affordable eatery, I will definitely return next time if the quality is maintained.
5 Tiep Quan is a small eatery but highly rated by many for its food quality and the friendliness of the owner. Some dishes like spring rolls and grilled beef are also praised as delicious and carefully prepared. The space is simple, not too spacious but clean. The location is near a bus stop, convenient for tourists. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic; despite language barriers with foreign customers, they try to communicate using Google Translate, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Although it is not a fancy restaurant or has an overly diverse menu, with reasonable prices and consistent quality, this is a place worth considering if you want to eat simple, tasty, and approachable Vietnamese food.
10/10. I don't usually have the habit of leaving reviews, but because the owners here are so lovely, I took the liberty of finding this place and writing one. I had a bowl of grilled pork noodles with tons of toppings for 35k, and I ate until I couldn't even breathe. While I was eating, the owner poured a glass of iced water and startled me, lol. They are so enthusiastic and kind to customers. It's near the bus station, so everyone should stop by and try it—you'll be stuffed. The sauce is delicious, so I think the spring rolls must be good too.

Ate for 2 people, the owner advised ordering just enough portions. The food was delicious, the broth was to taste. Not too oily. Reasonable price. Overall satisfied. Will come back. At first, seeing all 5-star reviews made me suspect seeding, but after eating here, it's genuinely good.

This is a very good destination that I am satisfied with because the dishes are delicious.
Two of us randomly looked for an eatery, saw good reviews on here, so we went to find it. Oh my, it was a bit far from where we rented a hotel, and it was already late, but we were determined to go. We ordered takeaway, not dining in. I have to say it was really sweet and delicious, absolutely wonderful. That day, we ordered one mixed platter, one portion of grilled beef in nốt leaves, and one portion of jellyfish salad. Excellent, truly, when in Da Nang, just go to places with high ratings on Google, it's definitely delicious!!! The owners were enthusiastic and lovely.
Eat well, anyone who loves grilled meat and spring rolls must come to enjoy. The service is lovely.
