The vibe is so niceeee, been here 3 times! The pizza’s dough is so good….🤭 been to another Italian and this one here is really better🙏🏼
We were a bit in a hurry. We entered the restaurant at 7.55pm and said we were quite short. 10mins later the 6 pizzas and softs where on the table and we started eating; the restaurant was full of people but they did it ! On top of that, the pizzas were awesome and the service was really great !! I highly recommend this place! Special thanks to Henry and Quan for their hospitality, kindness and the way they handled the situation!! Thanks again!
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience. One of the staff members who served me was unfortunately very unfriendly and seemed annoyed the entire time. I don’t expect overly enthusiastic service, but basic courtesy is important. When a customer smiles or tries to be polite, it shouldn’t be met with an irritated expression. Because of this interaction, I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all and ended up finishing quickly and leaving, even though it was raining heavily outside. I noticed that the other younger staff members seemed polite and professional, so this may just be an individual issue. However, the service I received made the whole dining experience quite uncomfortable. I hope the management pays more attention to staff attitude in the future. There are many better restaurants in Hoi An with much friendlier service.
Amazing experience! The service was truly attentive and made us feel very welcome. The Neapolitan pizzas were delicious, perfectly cooked, and generously topped. It’s a bit pricey, but totally understandable given the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely come back! 🍕
Closest I have tasted to true Italian wood oven pizza...Remarkable. Great flavour. The service top notch. Will eat here again
Complimenti allo chef Stefano per l’ottima pizza cotta con forno a legna e ingredienti italiani. Camerieri molto gentili e l’ambiente piacevole. Torneremo presto per provare la pasta!
We had the most incredible experience here. Everyone who works here was so kind of lovely, and the atmosphere was fun and romantic. We had the most incredible food fire pizza of our travels in Asia, and ended with an amazing cheesecake! Must try in Hoi-an.
It was a perfect place to end the day with delicious pizza and a beer, thanks to the friendly and bright managers. A great wood-fired pizza place, recognized~~
Da Nang & Hoi An 13 nights 14 days, day 5 dinner in Hoi An. My 10-year-old daughter wanted to eat spaghetti, so we walked to a place near the accommodation. Daughter: Carbonara spaghetti was okay. 15-year-old: Basil spaghetti was good 👍. Carbonara and Margherita pizza were delicious. We watched the process of making fresh dough and baking it in a wood-fired oven, resulting in a light and chewy texture.
My child said they wanted to eat spaghetti today, so I found this place. The carbonara spaghetti is very thick, but there's nothing to dip the sauce in. The first bite is delicious, but as you eat more, it reminds me of pickles... The carbonara pizza and basil spaghetti are delicious!! The Margherita tastes as you know it^^ It's fun to watch them knead the dough and bake it in a wood-fired oven. They even posed for photos^^
I was surprised that the Margherita pizza was really delicious. I ate it all in no time with two bottles of beer^^ I visited late after dinner so I couldn't try other dishes, but I highly recommend the Margherita pizza! Next time I'd like to try other foods too. April '26
Wood-fired pizza is delicious,, order bottled water carefully
It's great that you know this place. Delicious food, authentic Italian pizza that I like. Friendly staff.
Italian food is very delicious, especially the salted anchovy pizza has a very unique taste, worth trying once😁. The service staff is attentive and friendly. There is live music performed by Filipino singers. A truly joyful evening❤️ …
This place is quite suitable for experiencing delicious dishes.
First, the key point: the pizza 🍕 only has salty and bitter flavors. The meat on top is very salty, and the pizza sauce is also very salty. The crust is okay, and the meat on top is okay, but when combined, it just doesn't taste good. There's no layering in texture, only saltiness. But that alone isn't enough reason to give one star. The worst part is the service. My wife and I went there in heavy rain. Since other outdoor seats were wet from the rain, there were only two tables available. We wanted to sit at the long table (the one closest to the oven), but a lady wouldn't let us, saying it was a four-person table. However, the other table we sat at was also a four-person table. Later, two ladies came, and she proactively asked if they wanted to sit at that table (but they didn't choose to sit there). Oh my god, isn't this discrimination? Why can't my wife and I sit there, but the other two can? During service, this lady kept a straight face. Every time I looked up, I saw her staring at me, which was very rude. Since we didn't bring raincoats, we wanted to wait out the rain after eating. She asked if we were done and then cleared the tableware, making us feel even more uncomfortable. We were really suffering there and finally left in the rain. This lady is about 50 years old with a mole on her face. She's truly the worst service I've ever encountered. If you have something bothering you, please adjust your attitude and don't take it out on customers.
A true delight. The dough was simply perfect: light, well-risen, authentically Italian. You could taste the quality of the ingredients from the first bite. A pizza that brings you back home, but with that extra magic you can only find while traveling. Impeccable service: kind, smiling, and attentive staff without being intrusive. The vibes of the place? Warm, welcoming, super pleasant for a relaxed yet special dinner. Truly congratulations for everything — food, atmosphere, and professionalism. If you're looking for a pizza made the right way, this is the place. 🍕✨
After 10 days of travel we felt like savoring Italian cuisine again and we were intrigued by the excellent reviews... What can we say? It far exceeded our expectations!!! We ordered spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino and a carbonara (spectacular!!!!). Curious, we also decided to try a pizza.. good ingredients, top dough and perfect cooking! Everything was so good that we decided to come back for the next lunch, ordering the carbonara again (which is really worth it) and a bolognese (delicious sauce)! It almost seems strange to be able to eat Italian food so well on the other side of the world.. wine, sparkling water, spritz, grappa and much more available!!! My compliments certainly go to the kitchen... But also to the professionalism and kindness of all the staff!!! Really congratulations and Thank you for everything ❤️
Excellent service and a really organized and beautiful menu. The rigatoni bolognese was in top form - one of the 3 most delicious pastas I've eaten.
We were 4 people on a family vacation and we had a great time in this Italian restaurant. The welcome is very friendly, the staff is really smiling, pleasant and attentive. The service is fast while remaining very professional. The restaurant is also very clean, which is very appreciable. On the cuisine side, a real treat! The pizzas are fantastic, the pasta extraordinary and the salads impeccable. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We highly recommend this restaurant to all vacationers who want to have a pleasant time over a very good Italian meal. 🍕🇮🇹
The place is okay, but I see that the waiters don't serve everyone the same. We ordered pesto pasta and were missing something (parmesan), but I thought, hmm, maybe that's how they serve it. After a while, the people next to us ordered the same thing and additionally received that parmesan, so I guess you have to ask for everything. There were no napkins on the table; we asked for salt and pepper, the first waitress said OK and didn't bring them. After another attempt asking a waiter, he only brought us salt, and even that was some leftovers. They didn't bring olive oil for the pizza at all, even though the bottles were on the counter... poor service, really, you have to ask for everything. The noodle soup was served without noodles. I don't recommend it; there are definitely better places in Hoi An.
It's a shame not to be able to give more stars because 5 are few, the Pizza I tasted exceeded every rosy expectation, also thanks to the background music of many Italian hits, it really didn't feel like being 11,000 km away from Italy. My Pizza was a Vegetarian but the topping on that dough and cooking strictly in a wood-fired oven is just a detail, then the kindness and attention of the staff make this place one of the best business cards I would say in all of Vietnam for our Bel Paese. I recommend this place not only to our compatriots but also and above all to all foreigners who really want to taste one of the Italian excellence products with a Pizza worthy of that name. I returned on the evening of Tet and the place was overflowing with customers at the tables, all the staff was in a frenzy but the service and quality of the food did not suffer at all, this time a Pizza Napoli to savor a bit of Italy 🇮🇹 Update: Today Sunday, after the sister restaurant in Cua Dai I wanted to test the Carbonara here too, I only varied the type of pasta, instead of spaghetti I preferred the Mezzi Rigatoni. Gentlemen, hats off because it was simply amazing, such a Carbonara is very difficult to find even in Italy, words, adjectives, taste sensations can never convey the idea of the Majesty of this Carbonara.... I invite all foreigners who do not have the opportunity or have not yet been to Italy to come to one of the two Bottega here in Hoi An to taste one of the most famous dishes of Italian cuisine, here they make it according to tradition and with the right and original ingredients. Forget the fake Carbonaras of fake Italian restaurants that offer it with Mushrooms, Parsley, Cream, Parmesan and barely seared Pancetta 🥓, this dish that you are used to seeing in many restaurants is not and does not deserve to be defined or called Carbonara.
After many days of travel and spectacular Vietnamese food, I missed the flavors of home and really craved a pizza! It felt like eating in Italy, the pizza was exceptional, wood-fired, well-leavened, well-cooked with delicious ingredients! Very cute place, one of the pizzaiolos is Italian :) in short, it wasn't the typical imitation of an Italian restaurant/pizzeria... but it really felt like eating in Italy. Thank you Stefano for taking care of us!
If you need a break from Vietnamese cuisine, come here.. the only downside is the slightly dated background music, I suggest Vasco, Ligabue, Antonacci, Ramazzotti etc 🤣. 2 pizzas, 3 beers, french fries, 1 espresso coffee.... about 20€... TOP.. Too bad we're leaving tomorrow, otherwise we would have come back to try the pasta.
