We had the loveliest experience here, and a huge part of that was Moon, our server. She went completely out of her way to walk us through how to eat everything properly with so much patience and humor, and somehow made it feel fun instead of intimidating. She taught us how to enjoy the local specialties, including the Vietnamese pancake, spring rolls prepared three different ways, and the traditional Hanoi-style pork. Every dish felt more special because we actually understood how it was meant to be eaten. The food was incredible, but the hospitality is what really stood out. It felt welcoming, authentic, and genuinely joyful. Highly recommend stopping by and enjoying this place and if you’re lucky enough to get Moon as your server, you’re absolutely in for a treat. 💫
