Tối thứ Hai, ngày 22/06/2026, tôi và bạn ghé Năm Đảnh vào khoảng 8 giờ tối. Tôi quay lại quán sau gần 2 năm và thật sự rất mong được trải nghiệm lại cảm giác đã từng khiến mình yêu thích nơi này. Khi đó, từ món ăn đến trải nghiệm tổng thể đều rất tốt. Chính vì vậy, trong lần trở về Việt Nam này, đây là một trong những quán đầu tiên tôi muốn ghé lại. Điều đầu tiên tôi nhận thấy là quán hiện tại đã mở rộng hơn trước và trên tường có treo chứng nhận Michelin. Điều đó khiến kỳ vọng của tôi càng cao hơn. Đồng thời, vì đây là một buổi tối đầu tuần nên tôi cũng không nghĩ quán sẽ quá tải như những dịp cuối tuần hay lễ tết. Tuy nhiên, trải nghiệm thực tế mà tôi nhận được lại hoàn toàn trái ngược với những gì mình từng trải qua trước đây. Sau khi ngồi vào bàn khoảng 7 phút, nhân viên mới mang ra hai bộ chén đũa và hai ly, nhưng không ai hỏi chúng tôi muốn dùng gì hay gọi món hay chưa. Khoảng 5 phút sau, tôi phải tự tìm nhân viên để gọi nước và gọi món. Trong lúc gọi món cũng có sự thiếu nhất quán. Khi tôi hỏi về ốc hương thì nhân viên vừa nói còn hàng, nhưng ngay sau đó lại nói hết. Tôi hỏi liệu còn đủ cho phần nhỏ khoảng hai lạng hay không thì cũng không nhận được câu trả lời rõ ràng. Chúng tôi gọi 5 món gồm: ốc móng tay xào me, hàu nướng mỡ hành, nghêu hấp Thái, cơm chiên ghẹ và tôm tích xào me. Tuy nhiên đến khoảng 8 giờ 38 phút vẫn chưa có bất kỳ món nào được mang ra và cũng không có nhân viên nào chủ động kiểm tra tình trạng bàn ăn. Tôi phải tự đi tìm quản lý để hỏi xem đơn hàng của mình đã được thực hiện hay chưa. Lúc đó nhân viên mới tỏ ra vội vàng và nói sẽ mang món ra ngay. Khoảng vài phút sau, hai món đầu tiên được mang lên là hàu nướng mỡ hành và nghêu hấp. Điều đáng nói là tôi gọi nghêu hấp Thái nhưng món được phục vụ lại là nghêu hấp sả. Cả hai đều là món cần được dùng nóng, nhưng khi lên bàn chỉ còn hơi ấm chứ không còn nóng như vừa chế biến. Cảm giác như các món đã được làm từ trước nhưng bị bỏ quên khá lâu rồi mới được mang ra. Về chất lượng món ăn, hàu nướng mỡ hành ở mức ổn. Riêng món nghêu khiến tôi khá thất vọng. Phần sả được cho quá nhiều, phủ dày gần như kín mặt tô. Một số con nghêu vẫn còn cát, làm ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến trải nghiệm ăn uống. Kết hợp với việc phải chờ đợi quá lâu, cảm giác không hài lòng càng lớn hơn. Sau khi ăn xong hai món đầu tiên, chúng tôi tiếp tục chờ đến khoảng 8 giờ 52 phút nhưng vẫn không thấy các món còn lại được phục vụ. Tôi phải ra hỏi thêm một lần nữa nhưng vẫn không nhận được câu trả lời rõ ràng về thời gian lên món. Cuối cùng, tôi quyết định thanh toán và rời quán. Tổng hóa đơn là 206.000 đồng, bao gồm hai món ăn được phục vụ và một lon Coca-Cola. Điều khiến tôi thất vọng không phải là số tiền bỏ ra, mà là cảm giác bỏ ra thời gian, sự kỳ vọng và niềm tin dành cho một quán ăn mình từng rất yêu thích nhưng lại nhận về một trải nghiệm thiếu sự quan tâm và thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Tôi hiểu rằng quán đông khách và việc vận hành không phải lúc nào cũng hoàn hảo. Nhưng điều khiến khách hàng khó chấp nhận nhất không phải là chờ đợi, mà là cảm giác bị bỏ quên. Tôi quay lại vì những trải nghiệm rất tốt mà quán từng mang lại trong quá khứ. Thật tiếc khi lần này trải nghiệm đó không còn như tôi mong đợi. Hy vọng quán sẽ cải thiện quy trình phục vụ và kiểm soát chất lượng tốt hơn để những khách quay lại vì những trải nghiệm tốt trước đây như tôi sẽ không phải ra về với sự thất vọng.

The food is not special, and the service quality is too poor, the food comes out slowly, hard to call the server. A bad experience, don't want to come back later.

Delicious eatery, affordable prices, located deep in the alley but has a sign so easy to find, has parking and electric car shuttle. The eatery is moderately crowded, service is fast and enthusiastic, most customers are locals.

For me, it's still as delicious as ever, the price is acceptable. Service is fast. 1,054,000 VND. But the day I came, the restaurant was out of everything :(( My advice is to ask in advance what they have; coming from far away only to find nothing available is a waste of effort.

I swear I will never come back to this place!!!! I asked for a loaf of bread 2-3 times and no one brought it out!! They didn't even bother to bring the dipping sauce!! I know the place is crowded, but I've never been to any crowded restaurant with such terrible service!!!! I've never given anyone a 1-star rating, but now you can understand how angry I am!!!

The food took a bit long but it was totally worth it, the experience and price are excellent!💯🏌️‍♂️Special thanks to the driver, very lovely and enthusiastic.

The food is okay, the price is average, not expensive nor cheap. I arrived at the eatery even though it was crowded, but I didn't have to wait for a table; there was always a table available. However, waiting for the food was a different story—I waited very, very, very long for just one dish. In fact, I even left without seeing the dish I ordered. I waited for 5 grilled squid for nearly 3 hours. Truly impressive. By the time I finished the meal, the evening was over.

Very crowded, because everyone hears and says it's cheap. But in reality, it's hot. The eatery's facilities are shabby, the food is average, and it's not cheap.

The restaurant works very fast: especially the payment process. As for ordering, service, and serving dishes, the wait is too long, not suitable for group guests. The food is fresh, the prices are neither cheap nor expensive. There is a shuttle service from the alley entrance if guests arrive by taxi or car. Parking lot costs 30k per vehicle. In summary, if you like a bustling atmosphere, feel free to experience it. Otherwise, go to another restaurant for more spaciousness.

The restaurant is spacious with many seats. A bit tricky to find in the alley. Food comes quickly. Delicious and fresh. The fried rice is good. Tiger prawns and mantis shrimp are fresh, delicious, and big. For 3 people, the bill was 950k without beer, full and tasty. The staff is also quick, polite, and gives good dish recommendations. Food is served quickly.

The restaurant is very crowded, located in a difficult-to-navigate alley. The food is okay, prices start from 90k. I understand that when it's busy, the staff will be tired, but it's not that kind of tired—it's the kind where they act like they don't see customers calling. Better to just leave 😅. Eating took a long wait, and paying felt like begging. Traveling with this kind of scene is also tiring.

Ordered salt-baked mantis shrimp but they delivered the wrong dish, and it was sauced like this, yet the staff still insisted that's how salt-baked looks. Moreover, while we were sitting at another table, they complained it was hot, so the staff immediately turned the fan toward them, leaving our two tables with no fan at all. The dishes took a very long time to arrive. We asked for three servings of each dish, but every dish only had two.

Food comes out quickly, service is very lovely, tables and chairs are clean, the sauce seasoning is a bit strong for Northern taste but yum, so gooooood, the downside is too many people inviting to buy lottery tickets 😅 …

Go early when the eatery brings in seafood; it's a real feast for the eyes with nothing missing. The food is very fresh and enjoyable. There's also an affordable menu for you to choose from. Personally, I think you should try both types to know. Next time, I'll probably have to go early again to eat as well as today.

Waited 50 minutes and the food still hasn't been served completely, service is very disappointing, waited long but the food was cold.

Delicious food, prices are quite reasonable. For 5 people, a bill around this amount is okay, guys. We're stuffed.

The road to the eatery is quite confusing, but it's okay. The food is very delicious, but the staff is extremely bad; they serve customers slowly, but they have an attitude and stand too close to customers (male), which makes me feel uncomfortable. It's not just one table but many tables... Although they bring out bowls and glasses, the staff... (short, petite, long hair) the eatery should talk to that female staff member.

The food is acceptable, but the crab was chosen from the tank but when it came to the plate it wasn't fresh, the meat stuck to the shell. Service is slow, they get orders wrong and argue with customers. Locals say only tourists who read reviews go there. Several tables share one fan, it's hot. The eatery is in an alley about 300m deep, difficult for cars.

The food is delicious and fresh, however the service is a bit slow, maybe because it's crowded, but I had to call back and forth for over 10 minutes before a staff member came to take the order.

First time came in 2020, this time went again. Food is delicious, hot, reasonable price. Good service. 5 stars

The place is nice, we went on the recommendation of friends, otherwise we probably wouldn't have come in😅 The food is tasty, but the atmosphere is very Vietnamese — very noisy, dirty under the tables because of the locals, no knives or forks. The dishes are interesting: I liked the octopus, the rice with crab is magical. We ordered shrimp in garlic sauce, then realized these weren't the usual shrimp😅 they brought mantis shrimp, which have very little meat, and it's very inconvenient to eat without knives and forks. So that dish wasn't great. The prices are reasonable, each item around 70k+-, a bottle of beer about 20k.

A local eatery, reasonable prices for seafood. Excellent oysters. Tasty large portions. Squid has been unavailable for a month for some reason, instead they offer octopus, which is young, tasty, and properly cooked)) Service is "0", the waiters...
