The Kim Sơn fish salad here is really delicious. I find this dish is only popular in the North, so accidentally discovering this shop run by a lady from Ninh Bình in Đà Nẵng is truly a match made in heaven. The fish salad she makes is very tasty; the freshwater fish has no fishy smell at all. The dipping sauce is just the right sourness, elaborately made from fish bones and minced meat, along with other ingredients, all blending together. The wild vegetables are diverse, beautifully presented, clean, and meticulous. Oh, and anyone passionate about infused liquor can also try it here. The liquor is self-infused by the owner with various fruits, so the flavor is moderately strong and fragrant with natural fruit aroma. The food is delicious, and the owner is cheerful, enthusiastic, and friendly—truly worth a try!! 👍🏼

The dishes are unique and delicious, not fishy. When I ate, I had the fish salad, the spring rolls, and the fish cooked with pickled vegetables. All three dishes were tasty; everyone should try them. However, the eatery is probably run by the owner alone, so it's a bit slow.

Delicious food, suitable and unique to enjoy Traveling is not just about going out but also having good places to eat, unique dishes, local food for us to enjoy. Nothing beats a cheerful, fresh atmosphere, happy friends, everyone enjoying the food together, then strolling the streets, chilling with a drink by the beautiful beach with long white sand, deep blue sea waves.
