I don't understand why the staff doesn't serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived first but waited a very long time, while many people who came after me received their orders before me.

When the service attitude is bad, there's no feeling left to enjoy the food, and I received 1 bottle of water and 1 cup of cocoa, sat for 20 minutes waiting for food while with a small child, and finally couldn't wait and had to leave that meal for your owners to enjoy... A hundred-something thousand is nothing, but from the moment I stepped into the store, I was looked at with eyes and asked questions as if it was my first time eating fried chicken. Even when ordering 5 tart pastries, you still didn't ring up the bill but kept repeating over and over that this pastry is very small, smaller than Mac or KFC... sigh... you probably think everyone is as lousy as your own brand. At the end of the year, I'll donate to you the meal that I think would be more deserving for the poor out there. I have ordered a lot and this is my first time at the eatery. My niece still had your bag of food bought just 15 minutes ago in her hand. Only when I had to annoyingly tell the staff that I've eaten many times and just bought it, not that it's my first time enjoying it.

Previously there was a delicious white cheese flavor, but now it's gone 🥲

Service is very great, first time I eat from this brand. I like the chicken rice soaked in fish sauce the most.

First time and also the last time. I ordered while the restaurant had only 2 tables, waited 15 minutes and still nothing. Asked the first time, they said 10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes, still nothing. Meanwhile, others who came later got their full orders?? Asked again when the food would come, the manager ignored me, and the staff passed the buck. By the time others finished eating and left, I finally got my food. There's no sense of responsibility, especially the manager is too incompetent. 1 star is not enough to describe this terrible experience.

Ordered the couple combo but only got one fork and one spoon for two people to eat, huhu. The noodles I found a bit dry. Ordered this portion, the chicken nuggets were good, but the chicken was just okay.

Before, when Popeyes came to Da Nang, I chose Popeyes over Lotte or KFC because the chicken was quite delicious, but with the way the staff works, from now on, say goodbye forever, just because of a few packets of chili sauce, they give up on customers...

I have been ordering from Popeyes since there was only one store in Da Nang, located on Le Duan Street. The taste is completely different from other famous brands that were present before; the marinated chicken is always top-notch. That day, I hunted for a deal on the app and got a whole table full of food for about 150k, quite okay for a lunch.

Oh, is it because it's a buy-one-get-one deal that the service isn't attentive? I ordered this combo but the coleslaw was missing. I ordered a Coke Zero but they delivered regular Coke. The chicken was undercooked. I called the restaurant to ask about my order number, but they couldn't hear me. I sent a message but haven't seen a reply. They said it's buy-one-get-one here, but I don't see that. The price is normal, not cheaper than average, and they even delivered missing items and spicy chicken skin.

Ordered food from 3:30 PM, scheduled pickup at 4:15 PM, but arrived at 4:25 PM and still had to wait while they were frying, hadn't prepared the order for the customer, and they were in a hurry even though the customer had just placed the order earlier, poor service.

Food took a long time, waited over 30 minutes to get the food. The breaded chicken tasted astringent.
