I ordered a pizza without squid, but the restaurant made a mistake and sent me a pizza with squid. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and wouldn't refund me. That unacceptable!

I ordered a combo set that included a medium-sized pizza, spaghetti, and a drink. The combo was priced at 99K. You can choose thick or thin pizza. I chose the thick one. As for the taste in question, it's quite ordinary. Actually, there was a hair in it, but this is Vietnam. I don't really care. (^^)

I ordered a pizza and left a very clear note in the instructions, but when I received the order, the staff said they didn't see the note and claimed it was my fault. Meanwhile, checking the order and notes is the responsibility of the store, not the customer. After I proactively messaged back to report the issue, the staff's attitude was not at all cooperative, and their way of communicating made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The experience fell far short of my initial expectations. Just because of one pizza, up to 3 staff members contacted me, bothering me in the evening, with inconsistent and unprofessional handling. What are you doing with your service?

Business is really bad... although I really like eating here. But now I guess I have to change to another place. Bye!!

This pizza shop completely ruined my Christmas! I ordered a seafood pizza with a note saying "no squid because I'm allergic", and I also ordered a bubble milk tea with a note saying "no jelly, only tapioca pearls", but when the shop delivered, it still had squid and jelly??? I messaged the shop to ask about it, but they were silent and didn't even call me once. Then, they arbitrarily sent me a new order??? And now I say I don't want the pizza anymore, please refund me, and the shop is forcing me to return the old pizza they mistakenly sent me. If I don't return the old pizza, they won't refund me. Is that their rule? They didn't call or ask for my opinion about a refund or a new pizza, and they say they can't speak English with my boyfriend so they didn't call??? What kind of business is this? Only 150k for pizza and drinks but they make it difficult for customers even though it's the shop's fault :))) goodbye

I've been eating pizza here for years. The thick crust pizza is delicious, with a pure Vietnamese flavor that's easy to eat. The price is cheap but the quality is good. You should try it.

Reasonable prices, pizza is delicious but everyone should consider choosing thin crust over thick crust, thick crust feels like eating all dough.

With the super cheap price for the combo, there's nothing to complain about. I'm matching quality with price, not evaluating quality alone. If you want quality, eat at 4P's, but for affordable pizza, this place is the best in my heart.
