We had the best Banh Mi in this simple yet idyllic place right on the beach. Highly recommend! Stop for a swim and a great lunch, and a cocktail, or a nice cold drink. The people running this place are really lovely locals, looked after us very well.
Great spot for food and drinks right on a quiet part of An Bang Beach. This family run spot has an extensive menu and we visited multiple times during our stay in Hoi An.

Vi har besøgt Coconut Tree flere gange i løbet af de sidste fire dage, og hver eneste gang har været en rigtig god oplevelse. Personalet er utroligt venligt, hjælpsomt og imødekommende, og man føler sig virkelig velkommen. Maden er fantastisk – frisk, velsmagende og til meget rimelige priser. Stedet kan også varmt anbefales, hvis man har lyst til at nyde en lækker drink eller en iskold øl ved solnedgang med en smuk udsigt over havet. Et sted, vi helt sikkert vil vende tilbage til, og som vi varmt kan anbefale til andre.
AVOID! Rude, aggressive staff/owners. We attempted to park our bike in the road upto the restaurant... told it wasn't allowed... shouting... eventually told we could park on the sand at the side of the road. Then we walked down and sat on 2 loungers... Immediately told we need to order food or pay for loungers. We said we just wanted drinks... NO! must pay! Then as we go walk off we are told okay just buy cocktails, not beer or juice only cocktails, we decided against and started to walk off... then we are told okay beer is okay. Obviously we now didn't want to stay here... so we go to walk on... we are told "nothing is free here" if we don't pay maybe something would happen to our bike. Really? We went back and moved the bike to just by The Deckhouse, totally free parking and no questions, complaints from anyone. We then walked to An Bang Sea and Sand Restaurant.. totally free loungers, excellent service and literally next to this Tree Coconut place! We spent 600k on drinks and invited a couple of friends to join us aswell. LEARN HOW TO DO BUSINESS!!!
Wow!! Such a great place to take a drink for the sunset!! We enjoyed our time there! The staff is lovely I would recommend this place to everyone!
Tolle Strandbar direkt am Strand. Tolle Cocktails, leckeres Essen und unglaublich nette Menschen. ❤️ Strandliegen sind sauber und es gibt einen tollen Service. Ruhiger und schöner Strandabschnitt! Wir kommen wieder! 🫰
Ci sono stato a pranzo,economico, cibo ottimo e gestori super simpatici e accoglienti. Con il pranzo ti offrono anche l'ombrellone e le sdraio. Super consigliato
We had lunch in here, very good food at low prices (70kVND for a fried rice with seafood) and the personnel was really funny. They also let us take an umbrella with 2 sun chairs for free. Surely we will come back
Ihanan rauhallinen perheyritys, josta saa hyvää ruokaa ja kylmiä juomia. Keliaakikkona sain gluteenitonta pho ja allergiani otettiin huomioon kun kerroin niistä. Ilmaisilla aurinkotuoleilla voit nauttia meren kohinasta sekä tilata juomia ja välipaloja. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja ei yritä myydä sinulle pakolla mitään. Vietin monta päivää rannalla, kun he pitivät minusta huolta.😄
Hidden Gem! Ihmisiä ei ollu paljon, voi oikeesti ottaa rauhassa aurinkoa ja uida. Paras asia oli ruoka menu kaikenlaista löytyi ja juomat 5/5
Tree coconut is on a lovely quiet stretch of an bang beach away from the main crowds. The food is fresh and tasty and the coconuts are always cold, but the best thing about this place is the super welcoming family who run it and the relaxing atmosphere they have created. If you go once you’ll likely end up there every day.
Einfach aber gut
Gutes Restaurant inkl. Liegebereich am Strand. Wir verbrachten dort einen ganzen Tag inkl. Essen im Restaurant. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist wirklich Reisig. Wir haben den gebratenen Reis gegessen welcher wirklich lecker schmeckte. Die Preise sind super, auch für die Getränke. Das Equipment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt jedoch seinen Zweck. Das Personal ist nett aber nicht überfreundlich.
Super nette Besitzerin, sehr bemüht 🥰, Cocktails sehr lecker mit gut Alkohol 🍸 Etwas ruhiger mit weniger Touristen 👍

On the beach, perfect for a beer and a snack while looking out over the ocean. Family run, the brothers make it fun. The service is quick. Food is also great for the location. Will go again.
It’s a nice place to sit down, relax and have a cold, refreshing drink, but the service is very hit-and-miss. Service: * I sat on a sunbed for 30 mins, before a lady approached me and asked if I wanted anything. - I ordered a coconut coffee, and asked to see the menu. - After receiving my coconut coffee and the menu, the lady disappeared and never returned. - 1 hour later, a guy asked if I wanted another drink. I ordered a Saigon. - The guy was funny and had a good personality. - It was very quiet, so I was surprised how slow the service was. Faster service equals more drinks and maybe some food. Rating: 3/5 Atmosphere: - There’s no music, but it’s great to relax, watch the ocean, listen to the waves, people watch, and enjoy a cold beer. - Rating: 5/5 My Order: - 1 x Coconut Coffee - Price: 45K - Rating: 4/5 - 1 x Saigon - Price: 25K - Rating: 5/5 - 1 x Huda - Price: 25K - Rating: 5/5 It would also be good if they served the beer with a can cooler (See photo example), as on a hot day, the beer gets warm very quickly. Great place to eat & drink whilst lounging around in An Bang. Tan is a very funny guy who always makes our stay at the beach very entertaining. Food is great & very reasonably priced, what more could you ask for! We’ll definitely be back to see our new Vietnamese friends sometime soon!
We’ve been here twice already, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! 💛 Not only was the food incredible, but the people who own and run this place truly make it special. They are such a warm, kind, and welcoming family, and you can really feel the love and passion they put into everything they do. The service was perfect — we laughed so much, felt genuinely taken care of, and had such a great time from start to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed, cozy, and full of positive energy. And the food… wow! Everything was fresh and delicious, but the grilled scallops were honestly the best we’ve ever had! 🤍 Absolutely unforgettable. Places like this are rare — you leave not only with a full stomach, but also with a happy heart and a big smile. If you’re looking for an authentic beachside spot with amazing food and wonderful people, you absolutely have to visit this place. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Very tasty food and good value with views of the beach. You can use the sun loungers for free once you eat there. The best were the mango salad and the juices! The staff is friendly and attentive, although a bit insistent when you are lying down offering you drinks.
