I just had a meal at Song Thu Restaurant in Hoi An and was truly satisfied, completely deserving of 5 stars. The restaurant has a beautiful location, spacious and airy space, blending traditional and modern styles. Dining here, you can clearly feel the peaceful atmosphere of Hoi An, very suitable for family meals, entertaining guests, or tour groups. The dishes at Song Thu Restaurant are diverse and rich in Central Vietnamese cuisine. I ordered seafood dishes and Hoi An specialties, all of which were cooked to taste, with fresh ingredients and quite beautiful presentation. The seafood is fresh, naturally sweet, and seasoned harmoniously, neither too strong nor too bland. Traditional dishes like cao lầu, Quảng noodles, or rice all retain their characteristic flavors, easy to eat for various tastes. The staff are quick, polite, and very enthusiastic, ready to advise guests on dishes. The food comes out evenly and without long waits even though the restaurant is quite busy. Prices are reasonable compared to the quality of the food, space, and location in Hoi An. In summary, Song Thu Restaurant is a reliable place to enjoy local cuisine in a comfortable and pleasant space. I will definitely return when I have the chance to visit Hoi An again.

Spacious and beautiful space, enthusiastic and lovely staff, especially the food is very delicious and reasonably priced.

This restaurant probably sells cuisine priced for the river view, because the food is terrible and expensive. Our group came to eat on 7/10. First, the beef salad: the vegetables were soggy, the beef was completely bland, a plate had only 3-4 thin strips of beef, for a table of 8 people, not even one piece per person. The clam dish was bad, left untouched after being served. The seafood fried rice was mushy. The restaurant claims to sell fresh seafood, but the shrimp and squid were processed from frozen stock (anyone who often eats seafood will immediately know whether it's fresh or not).

Our family has finished all the appetizers, but the main hot pot hasn't been served yet. We've reminded them several times, but we still have to wait.

The food is not fresh, and it took a very long time for the dishes to be served even though the restaurant was not crowded. When I asked why it was so slow and wanted to cancel the order, all the staff had a very bad attitude. I will never come back a second time.

The female manager, I don't know if she's the owner's daughter or not, but when a customer came in, looked at the restaurant, didn't like it, and walked out, her face and attitude were too much, right? It's like she was forcing the customer to sit down, but the customer had already seen the restaurant and didn't like it, plus it was dirty.

The restaurant is right by the river with beautiful scenery. The food is delicious and the staff are cheerful.
