This is the restaurant I have brought customers to many, many times, and I have never been disappointed with the quality. However, today I brought customers here, the place was quite crowded, no tables available, but there were no customers waiting outside, so I went in to ask if there was a table. The female owner (short hair, not sure if she is the owner, but she has been taking orders and serving for many years) said in a very harsh tone: 'The restaurant is full, please go outside and wait!' I was quite annoyed by that remark. But I still had my customers wait, then I looked in and saw customers getting up and leaving, and I saw new customers arriving. I quickly went in and asked, 'There's a table now, right?' That woman again continued with an extremely unpleasant tone, 'Just go outside, when there's a table, I'll let you know. We're still cleaning the tables.' Hey lady! I just asked if there was a table, why are you snapping at me? The waitress interjected: 'It's crowded, so we can't keep up, dear.' Then that woman added: 'My face is like this, but I'm not angry with you!' Yes! Your face is like that, and it says everything about your service attitude and the restaurant's. I am truly shocked and disappointed with your response and attitude. You could have chosen a different way to respond as a service person, but you didn't. No matter how delicious your food is, how good the quality is, with a service attitude like that, customers will never have a good experience. I will never bring customers here again!

My family has eaten at this restaurant every time we go to Hoi An since 2015. The food is delicious, clean, and the menu is diverse. The staff is friendly.

Cao lầu is not delicious, I find it too salty. The attitude of the female staff member is unpleasant and rude (excuse me for covering her face). She looks more like a manager than a staff member 😂. Just saying that, next time I'll say bye...
