Ordered delivery from Motor City and we were really pleased. When it arrived, there was a problem…wrong pizza! I quickly reached out on the restaurant’s FB page, got the owner and she made it right immediately. Built another one and sent it over with 1 of the staff….no extra charge. Great customer service. Now, after reading all the reviews about the restaurant itself….we are going there next time a pizza craving strikes! Loved the crust, had a Supreme (and the Margarita 🤭) and loved the fresh flavours of both. Finally found our favourite pizza joint ❤️
Great for if you're looking for that classic detroit pizza. Great portion sized and service
Amazing tasting deep dish, thick-crusted pizza. The flavours were amazing and like nothing else I have tasted in Vietnam. The service was prompt, the restaurant was clean and tidy and there was a stack of board games and cards to choose from to play whilst waiting for your meal. The bathrooms were also clean and tidy which was a bonus when out exploring all day.
Pizza in Asia definitely tends to be thin crust so I was stunned when I saw Detroit style pizza in Da Nang. To be honest , I was more than skeptical but this is the real deal! Thick pizza with fresh topping and the signature crunchiness that is only produced with the pans imported from Detroit. This is definitely a taste of home for me, and a must try for you while you are in Da Nang. The pictures really can't capture the Awesomeness of this unique pizza. Do yourself a favor and get there as soon as possible
Born and raised in Detroit so I was surprised when I saw motor city Detroit style pizza here in Da Nang. Wow! They do it RIGHT Too! If you like crispy thick Detroit style crust DO NOT PASS UP THIS PLACE! It’s legit! Super friendly English speaking staff make you feel welcome too! If you spend a few weeks here you will want their buy 6 get one free coupon. Very reasonable prices make this a must try- check it out!
*** Surprisingly authentic Detroit pizza. *** I was born and raised in just a mile from now Hitsville USA Museum, aka Motown Records. So I had to visit here to try their Detroit pizza. The key is in the crust … bready, crispy and slightly greasy. Decadently satisfying imho. They do it well. I prefer it lightly crispy yet you can order medium or extra crispy here. Banh mi translates to “bread”. Locals should like this style of pizza as a result. It is good. I also appreciate history of Detroit on walls. *** Two thumbs up! I do recommend it. ***
Great pizza, great service. But the best thing is, I met the owner and she actually got my order right. How many new yorker and pizza is as close as I come to?Religion and it's been years since someone got it right.I will definitely be back.
I grew up in metro Detroit. I have eaten some of the best detroit style pizzas, including from some of the originals. This place is really, really, good. The crust is perhaps the best I've had. They could use a bit less sauce and a bit more cheese for my personal tastes, but regardless, it's really good pizza. You may not like Detroit style pizza. Lots of people love or like it, some don't, and that's fine. That said, if you don't like this place's pizza, you're most likely not going to like any detroit style pizza from detroit itself.
Great, authentic flavors and fresh ingredients keep me coming back here! First ordered the Margherita pizza via Grab and it was delicious and arrived promptly. Eating at the restaurant is the best experience because the decor of the restaurant and music is such a cool vibe! And the servers speak English and are very helpful; they even help make a pasta dish vegetarian. Amazing experience, thanks!
Amazing deep pan pizza. Was surpriced how crispy and tasty they are. I would recommend the bacon honey
Amazing veg pizza not regular circular but detroit styled rectangular pizza each is 8 by 10 inch of amazing taste (the 8 by 10 inch pizza is significantly larger than the 8 inch round pizza and slightly larger then the 10 inch one)
Menu is quite limited, pizza quality is average, not recommended compared to all other nearby selection
Didn't think it would take coming to Vietnam to have one of the best pepperoni pizzas we have ever had!!!! Didn't have that heavy bloating feeling after eating either. Will be back for sure.
Almost every day I eat pizza here via Grab delivery, today is the first time I eat directly at the restaurant. I'm usually quite lazy to leave reviews, but the attitude of the staff at this shop is very good, so I want to give this good review to the staff member named Phu. I ordered 2 dishes, pizza and pasta. He observed and felt that I seemed unsatisfied with the pasta, so he proactively came to ask even though we hadn't said anything. He asked: 'How do you feel about the food? Is there something wrong with the pasta, ma'am?' I said that the pizza was okay, but the pasta was a bit bland? Immediately he went to inform the kitchen staff so they could make a completely new portion for me, but I only needed the dish adjusted to be more flavorful, not necessarily replaced with a completely new one. As someone in business, I understand that cooking a completely new dish costs money, and it would be a pity for the staff, the kitchen, and the restaurant owner. But this staff member truly deserves praise. I hope that in future visits to the restaurant, I will be served by him again.
Everything is great, the space is clean, staff member Vu gave very enthusiastic and cheerful advice, will come back next time
The pizza is very tasty - I love thick-crust pizza. It seems to me that just baked dough would be very tasty here. The pizza is average in price. But the drinks are very expensive. There are board games. We had a good time. The interior is cool! There is a small pond with fish. And lots of greenery and trees. You can pay by card.
The pizza dough was crispy and you could taste the quality cheese. For those who don't know Detroit pizza, it would be a great first experience. I enjoyed it deliciously!!
I'm not sure if it was intentional because I went near closing time. They made it incredibly salty. I usually eat very salty food, but this was like it was soaked in salt—so salty that it was inedible. I was hungry and tried to eat it, but I couldn't finish it. I don't know about Americans, but I don't think any Korean could eat a pizza made like this. If they didn't cook it that way on purpose to prevent me from eating because I came late, you'll end up throwing it all away too.
The space is just average, but the quality of the food and service here is really good. The menu doesn't have too many pizza flavors, the price is reasonable (they sell by whole pizza or by slice as well). This is the first time I've tried Detroit pizza, so I don't have much to say except that the pizza is rectangular, the crust is crispy and thick, the dough inside is soft and fragrant, and the toppings are evenly spread and just right. The seasoning and everything are fully prepared on the table, which I really like. I will come back.
The pizza here is really delicious, rich flavor for adults, truly worth trying, I will come back to enjoy all the dishes!!
put too much salt on the pizza, the toppings on top are also very salty *extremely salty but the pizza crust is quite good overall: salty as hell / italy
Great. It's soft and authentic American flavor
Delicious food and the staff are very attentive, I give the restaurant 10 points.
One doesn't necessarily expect to find a Detroit-style pizza in Đà Nẵng, yet it's an excellent surprise. The thick, crispy-edged crust, well-baked, generously topped — it's exactly what the concept promises and the kitchen delivers. The dishes arrive piping hot, the flavors are on point, nothing to complain about quality-wise. The service is impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. Our waitress took great care of us throughout the meal, which always makes a difference. The terrace is quiet, pleasant, in an environment that invites you to take your time rather than rush through the meal. On the practical side, no waiting, free street parking easy to find, wheelchair accessible, and options available for vegetarians and those with gluten intolerance. All at a very reasonable price range for the quality offered, around 200 to 300k dong per person. A place that stands out in Đà Nẵng's restaurant scene, highly recommended.
