So, this is an update of a review I wrote yesterday from grab regarding this restaurant. Yesterday I posted regarding my disappointment with the food, and I have to say, the restaurant reached out to me immediately. The manager apologized for the issues and offered to correct them. This morning, he sent me a replacement meal which was perfect. The food was tasty, hot, not burnt in anyway and very satisifying. The meal was sent immediately after opening so I wouldn't be inconvienced waiting and arrived still hot. What I like and appreciate about this restaurant is the swiftness which the restaurant offered to correct yesterdays issues and the kindness and understanding of the manager and his staff in handling them. I will continue to order from this restaurant during my stay in Da Nang, because not only was the food I recieved today perfect, the managment and staff were above and beyond for service. I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, but it was quite oily and lacked flavor for my taste. Our drinks also took longer than expected, so we decided to cancel them. The ambience was nice and comfortable. The service was just okay, it would have been helpful to know in advance that they accept cash only. There was also no follow up about our drinks. I hope things improve in the future.

I was very disappointed in this 'Chinese' restaurant...Food was below average and had no resemblance to (decent) Chinese food- American, British, Chinese or otherwise! The ingredients were inferior, using frozen produce and lots of salt/soy sauce. The 'curry' was soupy with cheap frozen jellified prawns, the chowmein tasted overpoweringly of oil. Like so many other places in Danang, Vietnam and tourist places in the world this restaurant relies on a turnover of diners and don't seem to care about (or need) repeat customers, so don't feel any need to use quality ingredients or care in producing good dishes! I don't like leaving negative reviews but I'm fed up with so many eateries here having so many reviews and know that Vietnam is one of the top countries for having "automated" or mass-produced fake 5-star reviews to boost visibility, particularly for restaurants and tourist spots, which allows them to remain totally indifferent about pleasing their customers. My advice is to ALWAYS read the lowest score on reviews, knowing these are guaranteed to be genuine! Very disappointed with the low quality ingredients used here and small portions given, especially since we were charged 15% on top of the heavily inflated prices! So many better places to go in this area. If you appreciate good food- avoid this place!

Ordered veggies with buffalo steak and egg fried rice. Very average taste with traces of steak only for the price sated , we get more meat in bahn mi. Egg fried rice was absolute bland with no essence. Staff was courteous though.

We absolutely LOVE the food here. Being from New York it was like a taste of home. We get it off of grab, and even after 20ish minutes in a thermal bag 😂 it’s still so good. So glad we found this spot, we eat here 3 times in a week easy.
