Bikini Bottom Express

This place was very hyped. A lot of tiktok posts by tourists so my wife and I tried it. The service was great. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. But the food….. Chicken tenders were dry, coating was gritty and falling apart. I am not sure how you mess up a simple pancake. Needed a glass of water after one bite. Their burgers were decent to say the least.

Die Smashburger sind wirklich überragend gut, saftig & perfekt gebraten und voller Geschmack. Für mich ganz klar der beste Burger in Da Nang! Und auch die Chicken Bites sind mega! Super knusprig außen, saftig innen und richtig gut gewürzt. Definitiv mitbestellen! Der Service ist total nett und aufmerksam, und man wartet nicht ewig auf sein Essen. Dazu kommt noch der richtig geil gemachte Laden mit einer kreativen, coolen Idee. Macht einfach Spaß, dort zu essen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Burgerfans! 🍔

This is first class American food, well technically Canadian thanks to the poutine and pulled pork shoulder on the menu. They would stand out back home, but here it was extra enjoyable as a break from all the local cuisine we’ve been eating. Nice ambience, great service, an incredible menu — we wanted to order everything — and great prices. The sourdough bread and French fries were excellent too. Nice job guys!

The food was really good and I had a delicious burger that I truly enjoyed. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and everything felt well organized. Overall, it was a great place to eat and I would definitely recommend it.

Food here is so good. I ordered the Montreal poutine chips and they are the best poutine chips I have ever had; you can see from the picture the amazing cheese pull. The burger and breakfast platters are also very delicious, the drinks taste fresh and are clearly made from fresh, whole ingredients. Despite it being busy the food came out relatively quick, and the servers are all very friendly. Location is airy and spacious too. Lots of nice natural lighting and greenery with a chic industrial feel. Great place to catch up with friends and family!

The restaurant has a quite lovely view, quiet and gentle, located on An Thuong 2 Street (Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang). The food is delicious, service is relatively okay (sometimes there are mistakes with drink orders). The space is quite spacious, with suitable seating arrangements both inside and outside. This restaurant is in the walking street of the Western quarter and also near the beach. I enjoy a lazy chill morning here or a romantic evening, both are nice. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will visit again.

Going to Da Nang for 2 days, and both days I ate here, both times ordering the same burger and fries as in the picture :)) The food is delicious, but for me it's a bit sour, but for my friend it's very okay; they said they would come back many more times if they had more time. The service staff are very enthusiastic, quick, fast, cheerful, cute, and very open to listening to customers about the food as well as the service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cheerful and comfortable 🥰

Delicious food

I visited this place in Da Nang because I wanted to eat a burger. I was very satisfied with the juicy meat, friendly staff, and pretty merchandise. I will come again next time. The rib baby burger was especially delicious^^

The burger is decent! I ordered the triple french fries after reading Korean reviews, but it was just okay.ㅠ Rather, the smoothie bowl was more delicious! The space is quite large, but I felt a slight sense that Westerners were being guided to better seats. Maybe not... Look around the space and go to a place with high ceilings and a good atmosphere to eat!

Super I recommend going there! I was a bit afraid of being disappointed because the place is known on TikTok and I'm wary of that kind of trend, but in the end I loved it! The chicken burger was excellent, as was the cookie, the fries were good but the sauce was not good at all (sour cream) but hey the sauce is just a detail, and the mojito was okay, neither good nor bad. Go there especially for the burgers and desserts, I think you won't be disappointed! However, it's a bit cold in the restaurant right now, so bring a jacket!

Too Western, too delicious

I have tried other branches before and they were very delicious, but today I was a bit disappointed. The fries had quite salty sauce, and the fries were soft, not crispy. The burger had a good bun, lots of sauce, and seemed to suit foreign tastes. The male staff who took my order was cute and enthusiastic.

I really like it, the burger and fries are not the best I've ever tried, but they are quite decent for this price range, the staff is very friendly. Recommend trying.

convenient location for travel

I've eaten burgers in many places, but here it doesn't suit me. I ordered the Big City Boi and Taco, but they weren't tasty. The burger only had a strong sour taste and a slight saltiness in the aftertaste. The taco was extremely salty, I could only taste the salt, and I felt thirsty after eating. Overall, the wait was long and the food was disappointing.

Going during peak hours may require waiting a few minutes! But in return, the location of the shop is very comfortable and relaxing. The food is delicious. The surroundings are lively. Starting breakfast for a new day here will be a great choice 🥰🥰🥰

Before now, I've eaten french fries at many places, but this is the worst place. The french fries were just brought out but were already soft and limp, like leftovers from another table. I know the main customers are Westerners, but the amount of salt sprinkled on the fries is too much, making the dish very salty.

Service is very poor. When customers arrive, staff do not take care, do not ask and advise on flavors for customers. Customers have to proactively ask to get advice. When clearing the table, they even commented on customers using too many napkins. The eatery should retrain staff, screen carefully and review the attitude and service manner of staff. Besides, the space is good, clean, and airy, which is a plus.

The service is really terrible. When I entered the restaurant, it took a while for the staff to come and bring the menu. And they only brought the menu without any introduction about the dishes. The staff taking orders also didn't advise customers on what to order appropriately. The staff clearing the table had to say in front of the customers: 'Why are there so many napkins?' ????? The food is a bit salty and greasy. It's okay to eat.

We ate there two days in a row!! The food was very delicious, and we didn't have to wait long. We ordered a beef burger, french fries with sauce and caramelized onions, and an Oreo milkshake, simply amazing.

This was my first experience at this establishment. I came here because I saw a high rating on the maps. I really wanted to have a tasty breakfast. I wanted to order a dish with salmon, but there was no salmon today. So I ordered avocado toast with poached egg and a hot latte. The latte was VERY hot. I couldn't drink it right away. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the drink not to burn my mouth. But overall, the drink tasted not bad. 7 out of 10. Now about the avocado toast... The bread was so hard that I couldn't even bite it. It's basically a cracker. I had to eat only the topping (avocado and egg). When I finished the topping, I saw black burnt bread. People, write your reviews! As a consumer, I want to know about negative experiences!!! This establishment does not match such a high rating on the maps. I wouldn't have come here if I knew I could have such an experience here. 😭😭😭

Overall, the restaurant is quite good. I won't say the food is excellent; for example, the pork ribs are a bit salty, and the bacon tastes different. But overall, the food is delicious, the prices are quite reasonable, and the portions are large. The restaurant has a strong American style. It's well worth stopping by for breakfast; the service is good and there is plenty of seating.
