Lovely local restaurant serving tasty Mi Quang. Food was fresh and clean. We probably had the best Mi Quang of our trip here.

Soooo good!!! We had Mi Bo with extra shrimp...
My wife and I had a meal here around 8pm. The host family were very welcoming and friendly. We both had Pho Bo with beer and rice paper crackers. It was a lovely atmosphere with the family and their kids and we felt most welcome. The food was great, off the main drag, quiet and very reasonable prices. One of the lady staff had excellent English and chatted with us.
Most delicious broth I’ve had in Vietnam so far. I had the beef noodles and it was all perfect, and incredible value at 30k. The lady and her family are lovely people too.
Went at 4pm, they said they're closed. Looks like a house shop.
The chicken and beef noodles here are very delicious. They have a strong Quang Nam flavor, and the accompanying vegetables are clean and fragrant. They are also fully equipped. The rice paper is both fragrant and crispy. I really like it.
Mi Quang is very delicious, the price compared to the average I find high but worth it.
I went to eat Mi Quang, braving the scorching sun. I sweated buckets on the way, but the taste made me forget everything. The owner grandmother is very kind! Watch out for chicken bones!
I had the mixed platter. Compared to the taste, the chicken was a bit salty. But overall, it was delicious.

Family eatery. Everything is clean, cooked with rich flavors, seasoning is decent. The eatery has condiments for additional seasoning - spoons and chopsticks - napkins - lemons and chili peppers fully set up at the tables. Not discussing the price, although it is quite high compared to the general market. The downside is the parking space. The eatery is located in a small alley, but there is quite a lot of traffic, and parking about 3 motorbikes in front of the eatery fills up the space. Neighboring houses also cannot stay long. If doing business in Saigon, they would have to arrange parking for customers (could rent neighboring spaces) or accept the setback of the house porch because it is in a small alley for customers to park. Yesterday I saw good reviews on Google Maps so I stopped by to eat, but it seems it didn't suit my taste, a bit sweet. The owner and the young staff were lovely, the shop was clean. I still give 5 stars because taste depends on each person. A bowl for 35k has quite a lot of chicken meat. Add 5k for quail eggs hehe.

Tucked away in a quiet alley off Lý Thường Kiệt, Mì Quảng Cô Sinh (Aunt Sinh's Quang-Style Noodles) is the kind of spot locals point you to when you ask for "the real thing." It feels lived-in, homely, and proudly old-school. The stall is famous not just for its soul-warming bowls of mì quảng, but also for the family who runs it — warm, generous, and genuinely happy to feed you. The menu is short and focused: mì quảng with your choice of chicken, beef, shrimp, pork, or a mix of everything. I went for the bowl that has a bit of everything — shrimp, pork, chicken, beef, quail eggs, roasted peanuts, herbs, and that signature broth. A bright plate of Trà Quế herbs accompanies the bowl of noodles — mint, lettuce, Vietnamese coriander, and banana blossom. Everything crisp, clean, and lively. Once mixed in, they bring that cool-meets-warm contrast that defines this dish. I love the friendly, down-to-earth service here. Aunt Sinh is quick with recommendations, keeps an eye out for what customers need, and gave me an additional plate of fresh veg and a refill of iced tea. If you want a real, down-to-earth bowl of mì quảng in Hội An — the kind locals eat every day — Mì Quảng Cô Sinh is an excellent pick. A super place for authentic Vietnamese noodle dishes: beef, chicken or a mix. Prices are local prices so you're getting authentic, delicious food for a fraction of the cost. The 'aunty' who runs this place has cooked for over 30 years and her experience and taste shows. So delicious, I returned and ate here three times within a fortnight.

Mì Quảng is very delicious. Every time I go to Hoi An, I eat 2 bowls and buy some to take home for the afternoon. The next day, I go out for breakfast again... The lady selling is very cheerful and lovely.

If you have a chance to visit Hoi An, I highly recommend trying Mi Quang Co Sinh – one of the most delicious and authentic Mi Quang eateries I've ever eaten at. 🍜 The special thing here is that the menu is simple but extremely high quality, with 3 main choices: Beef Brisket Noodles: tender beef, rich and fragrant broth. The beef brisket is cooked with a very aromatic ginger flavor. Chicken Noodles: firm free-range chicken, well-marinated, goes very well with fresh herbs. Shrimp and Pork Noodles: fresh shrimp, pork cooked just right, sweet and light. 👉 And especially, you can choose the Special Bowl – a combination of beef, chicken, and shrimp with pork, full of toppings that look extremely appealing. 🌿 The accompanying fresh herbs are fresh and green, true to Tra Que herbs, plus roasted peanuts, crispy grilled rice paper that makes the bowl of noodles more complete. The yellow noodles are soft and just right, absorbing the broth deliciously. 💰 The prices here are extremely reasonable, suitable for both tourists and locals. The eatery's atmosphere is simple, clean, and cozy, true to Hoi An's character.
