Our group had a fabulous time at the Kumquat restaurant. After tracking us to make crispy pancakes we had an amazing BBQ meal. Great atmosphere being next to the herb and vegetable garden. Great value for money too.

Beautiful, hidden little gem. The food was absolutely exceptional, the owner is friendly and atmosphere is great. Everything is so cheap and honestly would have been happy to pay double because it was unbelievable.
We were lucky enough to have a private coming class with Voug. He was a fabulous chef and made our time with him fabulous. Our menu for the day was Fried pork and veggie spring rolls Crispy omelette with fresh herbs Caramelised pork and Leningrad chicken with rice. Each day of the week the menu changes. They have a wonderful market garden on their doorstep which means they pick the herbs that day... can't get fresher than that!! Highly recommend you do this if u you are in Hoi An.
Picked up ontime at hotel and taken to markets where Kumquat explained all the items throughout the different stalls.Taken to the restaurant which was opposite the local villages market gardens. Kumquat again explained the different items being grown and shared insights into how hard each villager worked tended their crops. Cooking class was fantastic with Kumquat explained and demonstrating each step along the way. The completed meals where as good as any we had at restaurants on our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed a market tour and cooking class with Mr Victor. The information about Vietnamese markets, foods and flavourings enhanced both the cooking and the eating of the four dishes that we made in the class and will greatly improve our cooking at home.
Maybe the best restaurant in Vietnam. The vegetarian food is so delicious, the staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is great. Also their own chili is really good. 🌶️ We did a cooking school here three years ago and can really recommend it too!
Found this great restaurant last year 2022 and it it still our favorite , it's a pleasure to watch the cheff in the kitchen cook with fresh hetbs from their own garden. The food is so tastefull and prepared with love. They bbq the meat in their own original sauce. It 's in the vegetable village so a short taxi ride. The private cooking class highlight of our trip We be back soon. Update 2024 Just had dinner again. Always a warm welcome by Mr Victor. Our friend who is traveling in Vietnam for 7 months who was with us he got a smile from ear to ear when we left One of the best meals he had this trip. As a French guy he knows his food and wine. Warm welcome by the staff and Mr Viktor and his lovely wife. The salad was so refreshing and the grilled pork still my personal favorite. Prawns grilled perfect.
We had a group cooking class here. It was so professional, and so enjoyable! We made three meals, that we ate as they were ready. Great facilities, and run by a very lovely family.

The food here has a particularly delicious flavor with the use of many traditional Vietnamese spices. The garden space is friendly, and the owner always guides and cares for the guests. There are also cooking classes here. If dining here in the evening, you should wear covered clothing to avoid mosquitoes or use mosquito repellent cream.
A restaurant located in a rural village alley between Hoi An Ancient Town and An Bang Beach. The atmosphere is good, and it's a famous restaurant where you can feel the chef's presence. A meal with nature. I ordered bulgogi beef and pork rice. The side menu, stir-fried vegetables, is excellent. I like pork, and it's not spicy and delicious. Since it's typhoon season, there aren't many customers, so the food came out quickly^^ It's a place you won't regret visiting with your lover or family.
If you are looking for a professional local Vietnamese cooking class, this is it. I searched on Google and made a reservation through the website, and they replied quickly via email~ They provide pickup and drop-off to the hotel, and along with a tour of the local market, it was a very fun experience to learn the professional chef's secret recipes and even taste them. If I come back to Hoi An with my family, I would like to experience it again~
It's a place where you can do a cooking class alone! I had a one-on-one class with the chef, and the food was delicious and I had a great time. You can choose 4 dishes, and you can choose whether to go shopping together or just take the cooking class. Anyway, it's awesome.

I didn't have high expectations before going, but I highly recommend it. It's perfect for family, friends, or couples. The chef explains everything well, the food is delicious, and it's truly the best.
Pork and chicken BBQ, fried rice is delicious. The kids ate well too. I enjoyed the salad, but my wife said it's not great lol.
It's been 50 minutes since I ordered, but only the salad came out and the main dish hasn't arrived, so I'm so hungry ㅠㅠ
Beaaautiful everything, in the middle of the famous Vegetable Village. Staff weren’t just friendly, they felt like old friends. A shared love for food, pleasant conversations and of course… DELICIOUS FOOD! Highly recommend the chilli and bbq beef and the flambé! Will be back for some cooking classes and more great meals and memories
