The service and staff here are very good, cheerful, and welcoming. This is the point that satisfies me the most. The restaurant space has cool air conditioning. But the food is the opposite. The bánh xèo is cold, dry, and hard as if it has been left out for a long time; the shrimp is frozen shrimp; the pork is also dry as if left out for a long time. For the bún chả, the pork is dry and the dipping sauce is sweet like sugar. The jellyfish salad is very bland and has no flavor. The food here, in my opinion, is not fresh and has no taste at all.
The food is neat and good, the interior is nice. The staff are kind, and it's good here. The kitchen is open-style, and it looks tidy and clean. Above all, the prices are reasonable. Pho is around 50,000 VND, and other dishes are about 100,000 VND. For two people, we had two bowls of pho and one dish, and the bill came to 230,000 VND. So for two people, that's about 12,000 KRW. We ate well.
I rarely write reviews, but this place is so good that I gave it 5 🌟 We just passed by and stopped in to eat because the space looked cozy. Unexpectedly, the food suited our taste perfectly. Especially the grilled chicken skewers and grilled squid—they were well-marinated and very flavorful; all my friends praised them. The staff were friendly and recommended some interesting dishes that turned out great, and the food came out quickly. The only downside is that the ceiling lights shine directly down, so photos of people don't look very good :v
Fancy Restaurant, delicious food and extremely attentive staff. I have been to this restaurant many times. Highly recommend everyone to come and experience it.
Staff enthusiastic, food so good
Delicious food, the restaurant has a cozy and clean view, very suitable for families, friendly staff, attentive service
Cozy, clean restaurant with a gentle, beautiful style, friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable prices.
The burnt rice dish is very delicious, but please pay a little attention to the customer sitting next to Hoai, the shrimp portion is not fresh, 🫠🫠🏝
The restaurant service is very bad. When customers come in, the staff just stand and watch even though it's not crowded. When seated, we waited a very long time without any server helping to order, and the table was not cleaned.
I don't know if the place is too crowded or what, but the service is really disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff didn't greet us; we had to ask before they showed us to a table. Once seated, the table was dirty and no staff came to clean it. In the outdoor area, the staff on duty—no matter how much we waved our hands to call them—didn't come out to take our order. So tired, we just left, and the staff just stared blankly. Truly disappointing :))
Delicious food - clean - meticulous service - attentive staff - will come back many times.
We are visiting Da Nang from the United States and discovered Hàng Gánh Restaurant at 51 Trần Bạch Đằng. The menu is very diverse, offering a wide variety of dishes suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ordered the Bún Cá Hàng Gánh, which came with fresh fish and delicious fish cake. The broth was clear, flavorful, and naturally sweet. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with an elegant atmosphere, making it a pleasant dining experience. The staff were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making this restaurant a great value. The flavors are well balanced and suitable for international visitors, especially those who may not be familiar with strong local spices. Overall, Hàng Gánh is a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Da Nang, and we highly recommend it to both locals and travelers.
Vietnamese dishes are very delicious, the restaurant space is cozy and the staff are very friendly
Our group of 18 went to the restaurant, and they ran out of food but still accepted customers. We ordered various dishes, but everything was sold out, even the dipping sauce. So why accept customers?
The food is very delicious. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly 👍.
My first experience. The flavor will suit tourists.
Dishes that suit the taste of both foreigners and Vietnamese
This Vietnamese restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Each dish is prepared with care and embodies the authentic flavors of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. From the steaming bowl of pho with its clear, sweet broth to the plates of bun, rice, or rich braised dishes, everything evokes a familiar feeling as if you're sitting down to a home-cooked meal. The flavors here are not only delicious but also touch the emotions — the kind of food that warms the heart and reminds you of the family kitchen, of meals cooked by your mother's hands. Fresh ingredients, balanced seasoning, simple yet refined. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make the experience even more complete. This is an ideal place for those who miss the taste of home and want to rediscover the soul of Vietnamese cuisine. A 5-star experience, and I will definitely return many times.
The eatery is clean, prices are reasonable
clean restaurant, delicious food
The food is very delicious, the flavors are balanced and clean, and the price is reasonable for the restaurant's scale and the surrounding area. The menu is very diverse, so I will come back to try other dishes. The staff are also very enthusiastic. However, I deduct one point because the bánh xèo is oily, making it a bit greasy to eat, but overall the flavor is still good.
Beautiful restaurant, vibes combine old and new. Dishes are delicious and palatable, diverse dishes from North to South. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Open kitchen so you can see the chefs preparing the food. Recommend you should try it.
The food is diverse, with many dishes from various regions' rolls and soups. The space is beautiful, the location is nice, clean and convenient, and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the fried dishes such as bánh xèo, fried tofu, etc., and the mushrooms are all greasy, not crispy, and not drained of oil, so they are very cloying to eat.
I ordered shrimp and squid banh xeo, banh hoi with grilled pork, and crispy rice with kho quet. Overall, the food was good, but I gave 3 stars because the restaurant is in a coastal city yet used frozen shrimp for the banh xeo. That really killed the enjoyment.
