I often work here because there are many seats and the air conditioning is cool. Drinks come out quite quickly, and the staff are polite. It can be a bit noisy when it's crowded, but overall it's a good experience.
I visited the shop in the afternoon; the space was quite clean and airy. The staff were friendly and assisted customers quickly. The coffee was brewed consistently, with an easy-to-drink flavor. The shop was busy but still maintained tidiness. I will come back when I have the chance.
Experience is okay, price is reasonable, space is comfortable, drinks are also okay, some green tea is delicious.
The first time I went to this restaurant, I found it quite okay. I went in the evening, and I found the staff enthusiastic when I ordered. I found the drinks quite to my taste. Overall, I will come back on the weekend.

I have experienced the characteristic coffee flavor of the highland eateries in Vietnam and ordered a refreshing drink that suits my taste!
When I came in, the previous customers' drinks were still there and the staff didn't clean them up. Moreover, the drinks at this branch are extremely bad. I ordered a freeze chocolate and a hojicha milk tea, but I've never had any drink so terrible. In the end, Highland's drinks are expensive, and the staff makes them like that. As for the mulberry tea, it's sold out every day when I go at 9 PM. So frustrating because the drinks are bad.
Bad, the drinks are very bad. The previous customer's glass was left uncleaned by the staff, and there were piles of them on every table.
Yesterday I went to buy directly at the 2/9 branch and got only half a cup of coffee. When the security guard brought my drink in and told the staff, the staff said they had made the right amount. I drink HL's drinks every day, I know exactly how much the amount should be, yet they brought out a cup with less than half full while the ice was full and said it was enough??? Above are 2 pictures, one is the cup from last night and one is the one I bought this morning. This branch is very, very bad, from attitude to service.
The staff were super adorable and enthusiastically supported me after my careless accident of dropping my water glass.

I ordered the new matcha coconut cloud drink size L for 75k, and with that price, I think the shop should make the quality worthwhile. Too much ice, drinking the coconut water just a little and it's all gone, leaving only ice. Even when inserting the straw, it's very difficult because it's all ice. Hope the brand/shop improves this!
Order placed on the app showed ready, but when I went in to pick up the drink, the staff just started making it.
The shop seems to prioritize dine-in and takeaway customers over Grab and Shopee shippers. Shopee orders have to wait a very long time; orders that come in earlier are served later, while customers who order later still get their drinks first. This happened 4 out of 5 times, and only when there were no customers did they start preparing the order.
Highlands Coffee is basically okay, but during peak hours it's too crowded and there are too few staff to serve, they can't keep up.
I called the staff to help clear the old table with the old customer's water glass so I could sit, but the staff members were clueless; I had to call them directly up to 5 times before they cleaned it. The service staff are paid a pittance, yet they don't even do their job properly.
Cool eatery. Self-service. Food is okay.

Delicious water, and enthusiastic too
The staff did not follow the note and left out a cup full of coffee jelly. I called the hotline, spending 30k on phone credit, but no one answered. Late at night, the page finally gave the store's phone number to call back. I was craving it, but it was really off-putting. Not only couldn't I drink the beverage, but I also wasted phone credit.
