Wow, I placed a large order and then Túc Tắc mistakenly gave me 2 cups, then Túc Tắc immediately shipped me 1 cup right away. Even though the mistaken cup only differed by about 2k :))))))❤. Túc Tắc is a great choice for parties, I feel that Túc Tắc's staff takes very good care of customers.

I have been a loyal customer of Túc Tắc from the Hai Phong branch to the Phan Thanh branch, and I bought bubble tea tonight. I am extremely annoyed by the service attitude of the cashier named Tuyền at the Phan Thanh branch. I came to buy when it was raining, and my phone's fingerprint for payment didn't work, so I had to fumble around to finally make the payment. As soon as I finished paying, the cashier used one hand to push my items aside and the other to tap the payment screen, without saying a word, with a rude expression while serving the next customer. At that time, there were few customers, so I don't know why she had such an attitude toward me. At other branches, the staff are very enthusiastic, except at the Phan Thanh branch. I have bought many times, and every time there is some issue that delays time, the staff make sour faces. Once, I ordered, and the cashier entered the wrong item without apologizing, and even blamed me for ordering wrong, and then told other staff that I ordered incorrectly. This time, the transaction was slow, and she had an attitude. If you feel unhappy, that's your problem, but why show it to customers? If you work in service and openly dislike customers like that, who would dare to come and buy anymore?

I ordered a Kim Tuyen black milk tea with added white tapioca pearls, 50% sweetness—my favorite drink at the shop. For the past two years, I've only ordered this. Normally it costs 30k (with a 3% discount), but today it was 38k. I understand the shop adds a Tet surcharge, but the quality of today's drink was very poor for me—not worth my 38k at all. Since I only drink this one item and it takes only 10 minutes to get home from the shop, I know the flavor well. Even when I buy from the Hoang Dieu branch (which is farther from my home than Phan Thanh), it's never this bland. But today, the drink felt like it had no sweetness at all, as if the shop had mistaken my order, even though I double-checked with the staff that it was 50% sweet. I couldn't drink it at all. I called the hotline for help but couldn't get through—I thought it was because my phone credit ran out, but even after topping up, I still couldn't call. I'm truly disappointed. I feel like I don't want to come back to drink anymore. I'm really sad, especially since I was craving it. 🙂
