The food I rate as quite delicious, but the service attitude and staff are too clueless! They stood in a group chatting and no one came when called. I hope the restaurant will train the staff more thoroughly!!

The staff is clueless, not enthusiastic. I asked to remove the ice but they said there isn't any 🙂

Dirty glass, ordering takes super long

The food is just average, but the place is always crowded, though sometimes it's empty 😅. It used to be famous for its hot pot and cheap prices, but gradually changed. I've only been there once or twice because it's far and not really my taste.

The dishes come out quickly, delicious, and the service is enthusiastic. Most satisfied with the clean restroom.

Service is not good

Came to the restaurant, they told me to move my car to the other side as if ordering a servant, so I got scared and drove straight away. The owner talks to customers as if ordering employees around.

Service is too poor. Hire more staff.

When ordering, they said it was noted, noted, but when we finished eating everything on the table and waited for other dishes to come, they said it wasn't in the order even though it was ordered, making customers wait a long time without even an apology, leaving irresponsibly, harshly, without any care for customers, poor service.

The serving staff's attitude is terrible; if you hire this batch, you might as well close the shop soon.
