Waited nearly 20 minutes and only got 2 bowls of noodles as bland as plain water?

Really terrible. The staff did nothing—guests sat for 3-5 minutes without anyone coming to ask what they wanted to eat. When guests went to the counter, they were told to go back to the table. The food was salty. The chicken thigh for 59k was weird. When asked, they said it was too big so they chopped it, but honestly, that chicken thigh didn't look big at all. Really a bad experience.
Food is okay, acceptable, staff is enthusiastic, we really have to sympathize with the staff because they have to run a lot of tables and a lot of dishes.
Food costs 10 VND, staff costs 1000 VND, super enthusiastic huhu
Today, the 3rd day of Tet, I went to eat and the service was so disappointing. After ordering, I asked for water, waited until the noodles came without getting it, asked again, waited another 5 minutes and saw nothing, so I called the staff to ask if they had iced filtered water, and they said no. I ordered a can of Pepsi, they brought it out and said wait a bit for ice, waited forever and saw nothing, so I asked again for 2 cups of ice, ate almost the whole bowl of noodles and still didn't see the 2 cups of ice :) 5 minutes later they brought it out, I said no need, I'm done eating. Called 3 times and they didn't bring it, then they said they were out of ice earlier. Out of ice but didn't say anything to the customer to let them know. Meanwhile, the place wasn't crowded and there were plenty of staff 🙂 One time and never coming back again.
The spicy noodles are cooked very poorly, tasting like instant noodles mixed with water; the fish balls in the noodles have a stale smell, are mushy, and I feel very disappointed.

To be honest, how come you guys cook spicy noodles so poorly? Level 4 spicy noodles that a 3-year-old can eat. 55k-65k per bowl, but it's bland, watery, and the worst I've ever eaten. Please try eating at other spicy noodle shops to change, because no one would dare come back to eat here. It's truly bad, not just a matter of personal taste. Recommend the fried rice, okay.
Extremely satisfied with the first experience. The staff is very cute, welcoming guests very enthusiastically. The food is beyond dispute because it is very delicious, especially the seafood is very fresh, the serving time is fast.
The food has hair, the staff gathers to talk to the manager, don't want to make a big deal. When it's crowded, the manager is nowhere to be seen. Can't stand the way they do business.
