Arrived at the restaurant, sat for 5-10 minutes without a single staff member coming to take the order. Had to go to another eatery with an empty stomach. Disappointing.

Will not return and do not recommend. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:15 PM, ordered 3 buffet tickets at 179, and ordered dishes right away, but by 9 PM some dishes like scallops, oysters, and razor clams still hadn't arrived. It took 25-30 minutes to get dishes to grill. In general, the dishes came out too slowly, and the staff had a bad attitude (carrying dishes to the table while using their phone, and when asked about the order, they said to ask another staff member). At 7 PM, the restaurant was only about half full, but the staff said they were overwhelmed.

The other day, I went to warning BBQ and I found it great, the staff was enthusiastic so I tipped a male staff member 50k. Overall, the food was quite OK, the cheese dip with beef was amazing. I hope the restaurant will make good progress and will get 5 stars in the future🥰

I have eaten the buffet here twice but neither time was I truly satisfied. The first time I chose the 139k package, but when I ordered the steamed clams for the fourth time, the restaurant said it was out of stock, yet when I left, they were still accepting new customers?? Why accept more customers if the dish is out? The first time, the dishes came out quickly, but the second, third, and fourth times were very slow even though the restaurant wasn't too crowded? The second time I chose the 179k package which includes seafood. I ordered oysters three times and they brought enough (3 per plate). When I ordered the fourth time, they said it was out of stock😴 A buffet where customers can't order freely, and the dishes they want are out of stock?? A buffet should ensure enough food supply before selling, right? If not enough, why accept more customers, making them eat uncomfortably and feel disappointed? I give an honest review. In short, I won't come back. Quite disappointed.

From the space of the eatery to the staff, they are very enthusiastic, the food is delicious! But I don't know, the temporary manager there has a rather contemptuous attitude towards customers. We were eating grilled food, which was very hot, and we suggested to the staff about a fan to relieve the heat while eating, but after a while, he turned the fan back towards himself, while we were sweating like we were in a steam bath, and this happened many times!!! The owner should review the behavior of the temporary manager there!!! The staff are very good, but the manager is three dots...

I have used the restaurant's service quite a few times, but this is the WORST time I have felt. The service staff are attentive, but what I want to talk about is the attitude of the MANAGER.

Ordered the 179k buffet but had to wait forever, half an hour for one dish to come out, the place has dozens of tables but only one kitchen. Sat for nearly 2 hours and only got 3 dishes, and the portions were tiny. Couldn't wait any longer, had to pay and leave even though I hadn't eaten much. THE FOOD IS ALL FROZEN PRODUCTS. THE PLACE IS TERRIBLE, WOULDN'T DARE TO COME BACK FOR A SECOND TIME.
