The drinks are quite well-prepared, with many options from traditional coffee to other refreshments. The staff is quick and attentive, creating a comfortable feeling for customers. However, to make the shop more special and attract returning customers, Moc Vien could consider adding a few signature drinks with its own mark to create a distinctive highlight compared to other coffee shops. Applying Tuneast to the shop space will help Moc Vien create an interactive music experience, where customers can choose their favorite songs, while the shop can also suggest products suitable for each melody, enhancing customer satisfaction.
I really like the bun cha here, the dishes are full of Hanoi flavor. The restaurant is nice, cool, and the service is very enthusiastic and attentive. I will definitely recommend it to friends.
