A god place to spend a fun evening. The casino has a vibrant atmosphere, a good selection of games, and the staff are polite and helpful. The overall experience was enjoyable, and everything was well managed. I’m giving 4 stars because the waiting time at some tables was longer than expected, but it’s still a place worth visiting if you’re looking for entertainment.
Good casino if you like baccarat. It’s 80% baccarat, 15% machine, 5% (literally only 3 tables) blackjack. The food was mediocre, but we went after midnight, so maybe that’s why. The menu for lunch and dinner might be better, but midnight buffet was definitely low quality. Drinks were good. Both were complimentary. Fruits were good too. Blackjack was ok, just wayyy too little tables, with only 3 tables. It’s always crowded over blackjack table. Overall, 3/5 I would say.

Good potential for poker cashgame, but you have to better care your players. The rake is too high (5% - 40usd max) I recommend (10% - 15usd max) like other poker room around the world. No free drinks(only free water bottle, coffee or tea) No free food Smoking allowed without good ventilation Cheap shuffler(Walmart) is not enough If you don’t have real shuffler, you have to train your dealers to shuffling manually.

I’ve never encountered a more awful hostess anywhere. Extremely arrogant attitude toward customers, constantly looking down on people and acting like her presence is doing everyone a favor. After service like this, there’s absolutely no desire to come back
I am fine with the ambience and good service, but I'm not a fan of smoking in the whole area. I smell like ashtray, although it looks fancy place, a bit ironic
It's a good casino with a big emphasis on baccarat, a good selection of slots, and unfortunately, only 2 10$ blackjack tables with automatic shufflers and really slow dealers if you like to play basic strategy be prepared to see people hitting 14 against 4 or standing on 15 against dealers ten ( Gen pop moves) however it worked out for us as we played 5 time and won 4 sessions even in gen pop staff is good but not friendly enough Overall, it is an average casino, but for sure the best in Da nang.
I lost $10 due to a machine malfunction, but they absolutely refused to compensate me. If they act like this over $10, they probably won't compensate for larger amounts either. Does it make sense for a casino to be this untrustworthy?

It was okay. The pool was especially nice, and the breakfast was decent. Nothing particularly special, but not a bad place either. The room condition was good. However, I didn't put up the sign asking for the room to be cleaned, but the cleaner just burst open the door and came in—that was a bit off-putting.
I ate at a buffet restaurant. It's decent enough. But the price is a bit steep. As for the facilities, there was nothing missing... It's right by the beach, so the proximity is good and the facilities were fine, but compared to other hotels in Da Nang, it's a bit expensive, but I recommend it...
Don't ever go to the casino here. The slot machine payout rate is probably set to less than 70%, so you'll definitely lose. Rather than coming here, go to another casino hall. Although the scale is large, there are so many Chinese people that there are no empty seats. That means you can't even choose a seat. The cigarette smell permeates from the entrance, and finding an empty seat is a chore. I will never come here again.
