Fine restaurant
இந்தியாவிலிருந்து வந்த நாங்கள், வியட்நாம் கடல் உணவுகளை சுவைக்க இந்த உணவகம் நல்ல தேர்வாக இருந்தது என்று நினைக்கிறோம். இங்குள்ள சூழல் (ambience) மிகவும் அமைதியாகவும் அழகாகவும் இருந்தது. இந்த உணவகத்துக்கு செல்ல Grab டாக்ஸி முன்பதிவு செய்து செல்ல பரிந்துரைக்கிறோம், அது மிகவும் வசதியாக இருக்கும். நாங்கள் Fish Hot Pot சாப்பிட்டோம். அதில் வெண்டைக்காய் இருந்தது எனக்கு ஒரு புதுமையான அனுபவமாக இருந்தது! அதற்குப் பிறகு Grilled Oyster-யும் சுவைத்தோம், அது மிகவும் ருசியாக இருந்தது. ஒரே சிரமம் என்னவென்றால், menu-வை புரிந்து கொள்ள கொஞ்சம் கடினமாக இருந்தது. மேலும், staff-க்கும் எங்களுக்கு என்ன recommend செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று சொல்ல language barrier காரணமாக சிரமம் இருந்தது. ஆனால் அவர்களின் hospitality மிகவும் நன்றாகவும் மனதைக் கவரும் வகையிலும் இருந்தது 😊 மொத்தத்தில், இது ஒரு நல்ல அனுபவமாக இருந்தது. The food feels a bit off - fish, eel, chicken cartilage. The cobia is still good and reasonably priced. The beer is amazingly good.
The eatery is located on a residential street, so it's quite quiet and parking is easy. The space is airy, spacious, with plants but few mosquitoes. The food is okay, grilled squid and salad are good. The garlic butter shrimp dish was too mushy, the shrimp seemed not fresh, but the sauce was okay. As for the mushroom hot pot, it was like Thai hot pot, too spicy and heavily seasoned. The staff seemed a bit sluggish, the food came out at a moderate pace, neither fast nor slow. The price is reasonable for me, not expensive. Overall, I would come back if going with family and friends when looking for a comfortable space to chat and eat.
Mai Tai restaurant has many branches. The space is airy, few customers, plenty of parking. About the food: the flavor is suitable, edible and quite delicious. However, the serving time is very long even though the restaurant is not crowded. The staff are not very enthusiastic. They bring out items missing, so we have to remind them. Everyone remember to check the bill, our table had 8 bottles of water but they wrote 12 bottles.

The restaurant space is airy. The food suits the taste and the prices are reasonable. A restaurant worth experiencing many times.
Asked staff to turn on the fan, they turned it on but it rotated to a different direction, and there was a noodle strand on the fan. The order did not inform about sold-out items. Only after ordering did they inform about sold-out items. After informing about sold-out items, they did not bring the menu for the customer to reorder (even though I messaged the staff asking for the menu again). It was only 9 PM but the fish ran out too quickly.

The food is very delicious. I didn't take a photo, but the crispy fried pork, stir-fried water spinach, egg fried rice, and grilled fish were all delicious. However, the food comes out very late. Still, it was good.
Lucky to find this eatery, suitable for family dining, food is delicious and high quality. The band sings well, spacious and comfortable space. 10 points 👍🏻

Delicious, unique, and plentiful dishes
I have been to this restaurant many times, but since December 10th, when I visited again, I was truly disappointed. The tiger prawns have been replaced with whiteleg shrimp, and the pearl fish was mushy as if it were spoiled or frozen for 100 days. With this quality, any dish here would lose to a street-side drinking eatery. The prices remain the same, but the quality compared to before and the restaurant's advertised images has severely declined. It feels like a scam. I used to come here and recommend it to others. But with this kind of business practice, I will never come again. It also made me lose face because I just brought guests to this restaurant. Now I have to waste time warning each of my friends whom I had recommended this place to.
