Grapefruit and lemon coffee, the first time drinking it, the taste is quite unique and worth trying. The space is beautiful but a bit hot; I sat for an hour but felt the air conditioning still wasn't cool enough. Other than that, the service is good, drinks come quickly, the space is spacious and comfortable, and both the indoor and outdoor views are nice. Next time, I'll try other items.
I've been here quite a few times, but it's getting worse and worse. The peak was today. In the morning, the staff at the counter were crowded, there were very few customers, but I stood waiting for an order for 5 minutes without a single question while 4 of you looked at me???? Or do you expect the customer to greet you first before ordering?
21:20, so thirsty, ordered a can of drink costing 108k, waited 35 minutes for it to be done, after getting the drink I could sleep for a nap, the staff said I ordered one can so I should bear it, they had many cups to make so they did those first, hearing that I felt like throwing the can in their face and going home, I swear to God for a thousand years I will never come back to this cheap and lousy shop 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Wait too long (27 minutes for 2 cups of water)
Ordered 3 cups, waited over 20 minutes without notification, went down to ask and they said they forgot the bill, missing 1 cup, the remaining 2 cups had melted ice.
Today I went to Phê La at Nguyen Van Linh, Da Nang to buy 2 milk teas. I am a regular customer here. I made 2 bank transfers for payment, but the staff said they didn't receive them while my account had been deducted. After that, I continued waiting for my drinks. Customers who ordered after me were told by the staff that the system had an error and needed to pay in cash, while I still had to sit and wait for my 2 drinks. It was hot, and I couldn't find parking for my car. It was such a waste of time. The staff came and told me I had to pay in cash for them to make my drinks. So I had to pay 3 times. The problem was on Phê La's side, but their attitude was very arrogant and contemptuous toward customers. They have many customers, so they don't care about the buyers. A few months ago, I also had an incident where they forgot to put tapioca pearls in my milk tea, and their solution was to 'give me a free serving of tapioca pearls next time.' I paid my money; if I didn't get to use it this time, I would have to use it next time. What's with saying 'give' when I already paid? Are they twisting the concept? I will never come back to buy drinks at Phê La again. There are many better brands with better service. We are customers; we need to be more alert and deserve service worthy of the money we spend. More expensive than other places but terrible.
The shop takes a very long time, needs improvement
Good coffee, spacious and airy seating
The cafe is spacious and comfortable. However, they don't speak English, so I took photos and used ChatGPT to translate and order. Card payment is available. I visited because I wanted to try local bubble tea, and the taste is decent.
The atmosphere was truly hellish, with children running around and screaming uncontrollably. No one was supervising them, and the staff generally seemed indifferent and rude. The coffee taste was just average. The chairs and tables looked stylish, but the overall experience wasn't great. Perhaps for parents who want to let their kids come and scream, run around, and make noise, this place might be heaven!
A cafe that local MZs go to these days. There are also a lot of Grab motorcycles, and they really go out for delivery in a hectic manner. Among Vietnamese shops, the price range was there, but it was worth eating for the price...
Drinks when first released were delicious, but now trying a few more items, they're not that great :)))))) I've had them in Saigon and came back to Da Nang to drink twice, but I don't have any good impressions anymore, hic
Terrible experience, ordered water 30 minutes ago but didn't see the machine beep or vibrate, nor did the staff call to bring water. When I went to ask, they just replied, 'The machine's battery is dead' ???
Every time I visit Da Nang, I sit at this PL coffee shop. It's on the street, but the water feature in front of the shop creates a gentle and very poetic feeling.
I bought it to take away. When ordering, I clearly said to put it in 2 bags. I arrived at the store around 1 PM, the shop wasn't too crowded, but I waited nearly half an hour for the drinks. Usually, if the shop takes a long time to serve drinks, I am informed before ordering. But this time, nothing was said. When picking up the drinks, the staff forgot to put them in one bag; I asked to put them in 2 bags, but the staff's attitude was very obvious, as if I was asking for something very unreasonable, not to mention whether they should apologize to the customer or not. Not to mention, from the time of ordering, they were not cheerful or welcoming at all. My friend read the order, and the staff's face while taking the order was sullen, with no energy at all. It was much worse compared to the Bach Dang branch.
The shop isn't crowded, but I ordered a drink 30 minutes ago and still haven't gotten it :)
Please review how to train staff on taking orders, especially their ATTITUDE. On April 6, 2026, at 18:33, I ordered 2 cups of Oolong Milk Tea, but the staff member who took the order got the quantity wrong (1 cup instead of 2) and also got the item wrong (ordered Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea instead). When the order was served and the mistake was discovered, there was no apology and the attitude was poor. Initially, the staff member did not ask me to check the screen before confirming, and since both cups were 54,000 VND, I was careless. The female staff member is named Nguyen. Even if I had money, I would never come back here!
Nice restaurant, spacious, the food is just so-so. However, it's near Muong Thanh so coming here is fine.
Favorite eatery. But the staff are idle and don't clean the tables, the security guard has to clean the tables while also having to watch the cars.
Looking at the milk tea can I received, I thought it was a bottle of soy milk bought from the sidewalk =))) But the order has 4 such cans, and mine is the only one without a label??? Brand, check if this is worth 108k? An extremely bad experience even though I've drunk Phê La many times!
I ordered 2 pomelo drinks via Grab today. I have drunk at the shop many times, and every time they had aloe vera and pomelo peel. The 2 cups I received today were just water and ice. I don't know if the shop changed the menu or not. While checking the item on the app again, I still see aloe vera and pomelo peel.
This morning I ordered water at 8:25, the shop wasn't crowded yet, but I waited over 20 minutes, then went to ask the staff, and only then did they start making and serving my water, while customers who came after me had already received their water.
Service is terrible, mixing is bad, waiting is long, ordered 4 cups and all 4 cups had no toppings, just watery. If you sell toppings separately, when a customer orders for the first time and doesn't know, you should ask if they want to buy toppings? I even sent a photo clearly saying to order as circled, but when received, it was still just water. The drinks are bad, not as advertised.
The ordering staff had a bad attitude; when customers came to order, they didn't listen but chatted among themselves. I don't understand why they don't clean the tables regularly, leaving trash all over the tables.
