The owner's attitude in conversation is very unwelcoming to customers. When our table sat down, we switched to a chair with a backrest. After sitting for a while, the owner came out and said if we wanted to lean back, we should go sit in front of the shop (where it was very sunny). When our table said we would leave in 5 minutes, the owner didn't care about the customers' opinions and immediately called an employee to force us to change chairs, intimidating customers as if we were begging for water to drink, while customers pay money to receive service, shop. A chair is not worth that kind of attitude.

You should go at noon, but the staff is extremely slow. Although there are few customers, the order takes a very long time. Needs improvement.

The place has a pretty good atmosphere, plenty of staff serving quickly, and there's always seating available. It's mostly young people aged 25-40. Very chill to sit and relax.

At first, it seemed okay because the place was chill, until later when I was shocked and bewildered by the attitude of that male staff member. If there is a rule against playing all types of cards, including Werewolf or Uno, it should be announced and all staff should be properly trained, not that one person says it's okay to play, but when we take them out to play, the staff member has an arrogant attitude and says this and that. Because of that attitude, we gave a 1-star review, and that staff member came out and asked, 'Did you guys give a 1-star review?' and went on a rant without any apology or understanding about the busy crowd or anything.. I used to work as a server at a coffee shop, so I understand that a large number of customers can make you tired. But that doesn't mean you can use the busy crowd as an excuse to have a disrespectful attitude toward customers like that. Another thing is about billing. If your shop is too crowded to keep track of which tables have paid or not, then when you enter an order for a drink, just process the payment right away. Don't come to take the card and demand payment while people are still sitting and talking, with drinks not even finished (this happened about 3-5 minutes after the staff member's attitude about the 1-star review), as if to intimidate and subtly kick them out, right? Overall, there are friendly and enthusiastic staff, but there are also staff with very rude attitudes. If it were just my group's opinion, it would be our fault. But look at the reviews of your shop—there are many reviews about staff attitudes that haven't improved. Spent the whole day and went to a coffee shop to chill in the evening, but haven't felt chill at all, just more annoyed.

The staff at the shop are enthusiastic, pitiful, humorous, and fun. The drinks at the shop are always delicious.

The serving staff has a bad attitude towards customers. If you run a business without training your staff, you might as well close the shop soon. It may be crowded, but you still have to respect customers to sustain it long-term!

Customer service attitude is too bad. Someone who claimed to be a manager but did not respect customers at all. The restaurant should reconsider its attitude.

The staff attitude at this eatery is very bad. At first, my friend asked if we could play the game Werewolf or UNO, and they said yes. But when we started playing, another staff member said we couldn't play, with a bad attitude. This has nothing to do with not being allowed to play cards, so I give 1 star. Also, while we were still drinking and some friends hadn't finished their drinks (before the eatery closed), the staff came to ask for payment even though we hadn't asked for the bill, with a bad attitude.

The problem here is the staff's attitude. As for playing UNO or Werewolf, how does that affect the restaurant when customers want to relieve stress after a week of work and study? If customers have prioritized choosing your restaurant, that deserves appreciation and respect. Does it seriously affect the restaurant if customers play games while drinking coffee? When the staff reminded us not to play, we immediately stopped and showed respect, so why respond to the review in a way that makes customers uncomfortable? From the moment the staff refused to let us combine tables because there were more than 5 people sitting together, one table behind could hold cups, and if a cup fell and broke, it would be blamed on the customers. Also, when the whole group was having a private conversation, the staff came over to say to settle this table and firmly took the table number like that, leaving everyone stunned. May I ask if that staff member was calm and comfortable doing that? While we had no intention of leaving, our drinks were still there, and he came to ask for payment as a way to subtly kick us out. And the staff showed their attitude openly. I don't know if it was a staff member, manager, or owner, but showing attitude toward customers makes customers uncomfortable because of your behavior. If it's a manager or owner, it's even more shameful and disgusting that you, being in a position of authority, would act so unprofessionally. Aren't you afraid that customers will also respect you and not despise the staff/manager/owner? I hope the restaurant will rectify this, because not only do I go to work to earn a living, but I also have to learn how to treat customers and people around me. SINCERELY!

I stopped by the shop to sit and work in the morning. There are quite few power outlets, but I understand it's a hangout spot, not a working coffee shop. I ordered cacao and was surprised because it was bad. Watery and barely any cacao flavor. Next time I'll come back to try another dish and see!

The place is so chill, I'm a tourist but ended up sitting here for 3 days. The drinks are good and reasonably priced.
