Karaoke was fun, they had also a good beer with an ice bucket. However, the food was horrible. I like beef but this here is not eatable. You have to look for the service, when you need something. I believe there are much better places than this.
Service is stable but the compliance of issuing invoices for customers is not carried out as committed by the serving staff.

The restaurant looks at the takeout service, waiting eagerly for nearly 45 minutes without the dish.
The restaurant is very bad, serving dishes too slowly. Ordered 2 plates of rice but waited over an hour and didn't see the food. The owner said they didn't care and even gave customers a disdainful look. The staff was the same. Overall, a very bad experience.
The staff at the eatery treat customers like nothing, keep calling out but refuse to respond, when ordering they make you wait 30 minutes to 1 hour without getting the dish, the place is noisy, tables and chairs are dirty.

Service is terrible. The staff looked at the customer's face and left. If you don't drink beer, they won't serve you. Generally, the food is okay, otherwise I would never come back to this place.

My experience at this restaurant I consider average because the restaurant does not have spacious rooms, the chairs are so cramped that even standing up to go to the restroom is a bit difficult. I asked the kitchen to bring the food slowly, but they brought it all at once, which was very disorderly. The tables and chairs are old and worn, and the staff assigned to our room are too young and don't know anything. The food is average; I hope the restaurant will be renovated in the near future.

On a weekday, the restaurant wasn't too crowded, but they didn't have any of the dishes. The food took a long time to prepare, and the bill was higher than the menu prices without any notice. When asked, they said everything has gone up recently. Meanwhile, we ordered bottled water and finally got 5 bottles, but when the bill came, it was for 8 bottles. The customer argued, and they only deducted the charge after a long dispute. It took 45 minutes to get the bill settled :) terrible.
When booking a table, they said they didn't remember; when ordering food from the start, they waited until the end of the hour to say it was sold out.

Food: Can't eat anything. The steamed squid is fishy. The fried rice has sour pickled vegetables like they were soaked in vinegar. The boiled vegetables have sand. Service: The eatery has a lady selling peanuts and quail eggs. I bought some fruit boxes for another customer. But the quail egg seller came to collect the boxes, counting them as quail egg boxes. If that lady is part of the eatery, the eatery should reconsider. Space: Rented a VIP room with karaoke. But the sliding door is shabby; to slide it, you have to lift the whole door. The hallway leads straight to the toilet, so stepping out of the room, you smell the stench of the toilet. The karaoke machine couldn't be operated. After a while, they brought in a portable speaker, but whenever you sing, the music cuts off. Never coming back.
